Be careful you don't receive a bill even when you have insurance. My daughter was already a patient there; had visited like 3 times in the past; in her last office visit she was asked if she had the same insurance which she replied yes and even her $10 copayment was charged, She was placed in a room and a new physician enter the room which she didn't like because she would not know her history but she knew it was a group practice and she didn't want to be rude so didn't mention anything. A month later she received a bill for he whole office visit because her insurance didn't pay because the provider who saw her was not in network with the insurance; why do you have a front desk staff if you don't do your work properly? How was my daughter supposed to know that the provider was not in network when she enters the room? As a patient you assume they'll know what they are doing, even more if you already are a patient there; I have tried to get in touch with the office manager twice and never receive a call back I even call the billing dept and they said there's nothing they can do in his end. They just lost a patient!

I had to say that Dr. Gazi is my doctor and always very detail. He Explained stuff the way that we understand, I do we recommend them 100 %. . A month ago I had an issue with my face skin my doctor was booked so I went to another dermatologist and nothing that they gave me worked. So I had a doctor appointment last Thursday with Gazy and him and the office staff are very professional and pleasant. 5 starts

Had an appointment and when I arrived, the girl who was at the front desk was eating, I provided my name and stated I didn't have an appointment, my doctor's office made it for me as every year, she stated that they don't have more appointments for this year. I requested to cancel the appointment that I made for another day and today I got a call about the appointment that was cancelled. Last year I made an appointment with one doctor and when I got to the office I was informed that that doctor did not work on that week day, so the scheduled me with another one without letting me know. Every year is a different issue, I don't plan to go back to that office.

My daughter went in to get 2 pilar cysts removed from her scalp. Dr. Mendez had already examined them and made the next appointment for removal. After waiting for 3 hours past my appointment time, the doctor told me the cysts needed an ultrasound before he could get them removed at yet another appointment which is ridiculous. Pilar cysts don’t need an ultrasound prior to removal and this was confirmed by another doctor and a surgeon. I walked out of the appointment and although he did absolutely nothing, I was still charged $174. I tried calling to remove that charge and although they “promised” to have a supervisor call back to resolve the issue, I received 0 response. Terrible service and terrible attitude. 0/5 stars.

This place wasted my time and no one cared. The customer service was horrible. I made an appointment and when I got there it was canceled because they assigned me to the wrong doctor. Front desk needs to be trained better. This was my second appointment this week because the first one was canceled so obviously the Doctor doesn’t like to come to work. I actually wish that I can give them NO STAR!!!!!!
