I think the doctors are pretty good but the front desk lady is so rude. If you want people to come back, have polite management up front. It makes a big difference. Again the doctors are great, but after waiting over an hour to be called in and being treated dismissively and rudely after that, I might as well go somewhere else.

This has been the worst experience of my life. The doctor that assist me should be working at a car dealership. This guy was just trying to sell me anything and everything. He never even let me talk to At least to tell him about what was going on and share my concerns. My appointment was at 1:20 and I left at 1:32 that how quick the doctor came and never stop to listen to me about my concerns. It sad you see doctors are just after the money and what the insurance can approve and not approve because he was asking his assistant if my insurance would approve it. Terrible experience would never go back. That guy should be selling cars instead of taking care of people concerns and health.

Be careful you don't receive a bill even when you have insurance. My daughter was already a patient there; had visited like 3 times in the past; in her last office visit she was asked if she had the same insurance which she replied yes and even her $10 copayment was charged, She was placed in a room and a new physician enter the room which she didn't like because she would not know her history but she knew it was a group practice and she didn't want to be rude so didn't mention anything. A month later she received a bill for he whole office visit because her insurance didn't pay because the provider who saw her was not in network with the insurance; why do you have a front desk staff if you don't do your work properly? How was my daughter supposed to know that the provider was not in network when she enters the room? As a patient you assume they'll know what they are doing, even more if you already are a patient there; I have tried to get in touch with the office manager twice and never receive a call back I even call the billing dept and they said there's nothing they can do in his end. They just lost a patient!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my recent appointment, which I can confidently say was the worst I have ever encountered in a medical setting. From the outset, I found the physician's policy to be completely unacceptable. If a patient mentions hair loss, she immediately refuses to entertain any discussion about other symptoms or health concerns the patient may have. This approach not only seems unethical, but it also jeopardizes the quality of patient care.
By disregarding the full range of symptoms, she severely limits her ability to arrive at an accurate diagnosis or recommend an appropriate course of treatment. When I voiced my frustration about this policy and expressed my desire to discuss my other symptoms, her response was astonishingly dismissive. She simply told me that her schedule was tight and that she could allocate only ten minutes for each patient. This level of disregard for a patient's concerns is utterly unprofessional and quite shocking for someone in a healthcare role.
As a new patient, I expected to be treated with more care and attention, especially during our initial visit. However, I left the appointment feeling disrespected, neglected, and even cheated out of the medical support I was seeking. The entire visit lasted only 13 minutes, and this included the brief conversation I had with the medical assistant beforehand. Such a lack of time and attention during a first appointment is simply inexcusable. I am deeply disappointed and want to express my sentiments clearly: such practices in patient care must be addressed and improved. Shame on you for this experience!

Dr. Douglas has always provided me with very effective treatment plans that worked very well with my skin. Sh recommend laser hair removal technique which was the best solution to unwanted hair. The laser treatment did not cause any hyperpigmentation which was my primary concern. The Anesthesiation was very knowledgeable. Thank Dr. Douglas
