Update: I received a call from the scheduling department to rebook the appointment that was cancelled 15 min before my time yesterday. First they had it down as a full body check up instead of the time sensitive skin issue actually occurring. Second, they made it sound like they had a cancellation for today to get me in. When I asked what time she had me hold for about 5 min and then came back with the same week later appointment they offered me yesterday. I told them it was not good enough and I found a new doctor that was able to accommodate me tomorrow. She then told me she wished I would have told her at the beginning (indicating them at I just wasted HER time. The audacity is mind blowing. The doctors need to seriously look into the problem with the lack of customer service in the front of house staff because I don’t care how good the doctor is; nobody deserves to be disrespected in such a fashion.
I’ve been going to this office for years and have loved them. I don’t know what has happened lately but their level of care has diminished. They no longer accommodate their patients with ailments that are time sensitive. I developed a rash on my neck that had me concerned. They couldn’t see me for an entire week nor would they allow me to send them a picture. The morning of my appointment (which I changed my work schedule for) they called to cancel and reschedule me for the following morning. I again changed my work schedule to accommodate and then received a call 15 min prior to my appointment that they again had to cancel. They could not squeeze me in with another physician for another week. This is completely unacceptable practice for established patients. As a patient, if I cancel last minute I would be charged. I’ll be waiting for my $50 cancellation fee.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 am on a Monday. The day before, I received a call informing me that my appointment had been rescheduled to 10:45 am. This last-minute change was inconvenient as I had already informed my workplace about my original appointment time and had to notify my supervisor on a Sunday about the change. This was not professional.
Upon arriving at my appointment, the nurse inquired about the purpose of my visit. When I began explaining my concerns, she interrupted and informed me that I could only discuss two main issues. When the PA arrived, I reiterated my two primary concerns and mentioned that I had additional issues. She responded that I could only discuss two topics to prevent delays with other appointments.
I found this restriction frustrating, especially since I had booked the appointment a month in advance specifically to address my skin problems. As a result, my consultation lasted approximately five minutes, and I left with several questions still unanswered.

If I could give a Cero I will. This is the worse experience I ever have in a doctor office. Never Kraft any bad red back but in this occasion they do deserve me to write something about them. First they send my skin biopsy to the wrong lab, never call me to redo the exam, I when for a follow up and by accident I find out what they did wrong. However, with the huge mistake they made, they had the nerve to charge me $170 again for their mistake. From the first moment, they never let me know how long it would take to get the results. Almost 8, 9 weeks passed, and until today I received a result that they didn't even send to ask for what needed to be known. Now I had to find another doctor and I have to repeat or rather take tests again because they were negligent and did not know how to do them. The only person there who could help me as much as she could was the manager, who is a sweetheart.
Save your time and money and do go there it’s extremely sad but seriously they deserved this. I'm not lying, I'm just sharing my horrible experience in that “docto office.”

I received care from a Physician Assistant, Angela Jones, but unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. I visited due to a pressing issue with my hand, and despite being charged $582.00, the prescribed cream proved ineffective. Moreover, I was advised to return in two months, which left me puzzled about the bill's substantial amount for what seemed like a brief, 10-minute consultation with a Physician Assistant rather than a doctor. I am requesting a thorough review of the charges on my bill.

I never leave poor reviews, but if I can prevent anyone from having my same experience this time it’s worth it. Last week I went in for a full body check and saw one of their PAs at the Weston location. I mentioned a spot on my face (my cheek) that had appeared within the past year. She looked and told me it either needs a biopsy or I can start applying a cream, Tolak, for four weeks that will make the spot red and blistery, to try to get rid of it that way. I was a bit shocked and asked her what I was dealing with. She replied word for word that it’s “the beginning of skin cancer”. No types of cancers were discussed, just how to use the cream, and off I went.
All the questions that popped up in my head on the drive home made me want to get a second opinion. I did call their office to ask these questions but it’s hard to get a hold of anyone. They call you back within 24 hours I think. So two days later I saw a dermatologist at a different practice who took a look and told me it’s just a sun spot! I couldn’t believe it. I don’t fully understand how she came to the conclusion that I have “the beginning of skin cancer” when it’s just a sun spot, so I really would recommend to go somewhere else in case you experience any unnecessary stress like I did.
