I recently had a medical appointment, and I was attended by Clarete, Alicia, and Eva. I would like to provide some detailed feedback about the care I received. First of all, it was very easy to schedule the appointment, as there were plenty of available time slots to choose from. When I arrived at the clinic, I was attended to immediately, and I waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room before being seen. The process was incredibly efficient. Initially, my vital signs were taken, and I was asked detailed questions about my medical history, including any medications I am currently taking and any illnesses I might have. After this initial evaluation, I was seen by another professional who provided further care. To my surprise, I was able to have an X-ray done on the spot, right there in the clinic, and they also requested some complementary studies for a thorough evaluation. Throughout the entire process, everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. It was an incredibly smooth and effective experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect. Because of this, I know that whenever I have any health concerns or issues in the future, I will always return to this same place. I will also highly recommend it to all my family, friends, and coworkers.
Fantastic place that was my first time I meet fantastic people. I like them very much. They treat you with so much decency and they are very professional that mean I will go back there when I need anything. The good part takes so many insurance so you’re welcome to come there you’re not gonna be disappointed.
I am in town for vacation, so of course a visit to the urgent care is never ideal. However, the team at AFC made it seamless. The process was very quick and each team member was very helpful and friendly. The doctor made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was in and out in less than an hour to go back and enjoy what I had left of my vacation with my mind at ease!
In the beginning I should to notice so comfortable navigation in website, I easily book appointment at 10pm for next day morning. All my experience was pleasant and for my 6 yo child also. She was a patient and waiting time was fast . In the same place we have lab test for strep and I know also they provide x-ray. 5 stars for customer support!
I should start by thanking God. My health is reasonable and I am grateful. My difficulty is finding a care center to assist me when in need. AFC list most of the services a person like me would need including Urgent care and accept walking ins. My visit was very enlightening. It was for a dom (my assessment) question and I needed MD assistance. The front office was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. Entering the clinic the same the HP was great and comfortable to talk to. The Technician was professional during the phase of adding my personal information in to a new patient folder, I think. I felt very comfortable. If I complete this visit, one more follow up visit for blood result, I may switch all my medical need to this office. Maybe all my medical need to AFC if my insurance approves. I moved to the Hallandale Beach area 7 years ago. You can find assistance for every need. This is the 5 clinic I visit. Confusing payment procedures. No knowledge of how to work with insurance companies. Two attempts to present outstanding bills to collection office makes me trust clinics less. At AFC during my introduction and the lady I interacted with made me feel confident. It still is my first encounter. But my interaction was good and I hope it will continue. This is my reason why I write this lengthy review. I hope it will help others like myself, confused - less trusting, in joining me. Thank you
