I recently had a medical appointment, and I was attended by Clarete, Alicia, and Eva. I would like to provide some detailed feedback about the care I received. First of all, it was very easy to schedule the appointment, as there were plenty of available time slots to choose from. When I arrived at the clinic, I was attended to immediately, and I waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room before being seen.
The process was incredibly efficient. Initially, my vital signs were taken, and I was asked detailed questions about my medical history, including any medications I am currently taking and any illnesses I might have. After this initial evaluation, I was seen by another professional who provided further care. To my surprise, I was able to have an X-ray done on the spot, right there in the clinic, and they also requested some complementary studies for a thorough evaluation.
Throughout the entire process, everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. It was an incredibly smooth and effective experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect. Because of this, I know that whenever I have any health concerns or issues in the future, I will always return to this same place. I will also highly recommend it to all my family, friends, and coworkers.

EASTER MORNING: I woke up feeling awful. I knew I needed care right away. The staff was very efficient and caring. I could have saved more time by setting up the account ahead of time.
The nurse was kind and understanding, and the doctor was quick and on point. I was in and out with the prescription for Paxlovid in about 45 minutes and was feeling better by the afternoon! It was a wonderful place. I will favorite this for the future!!

I came here for my immigration exams. At first, I was a bit lost, but Fabiola kindly explained everything to me step by step, she was amazing! The entire team was also incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place 100%!

I’m very disappointed with my experience and feel misled regarding billing. I visited this urgent care for a COVID test and a check-up. At the time of service, they were unable to verify my insurance and required me to pay in full upfront, which I did. The visit went smoothly, and my test was negative. Initially, I gave a one-star review due to the payment issues. To their credit, they reached out afterward to understand my concerns. However, the situation only got worse. A few months later, I received a text message stating I owed $30. Confused, since I had already paid in full, I was contacted by a staff member who claimed I still had a balance. I asked for an itemized bill to be mailed to the address they had on file. She assured me it would be sent—nothing ever arrived. More time passed, and I was suddenly informed via text that I now owed $91. I contacted their third-party billing agency (not the urgent care itself), and was again told I still owed money, despite having paid at the time of service. I requested another itemized bill and was told it would be requested, but I have yet to receive anything. It’s deeply frustrating to feel like you're being charged arbitrarily, especially without clear documentation or explanation. Despite absence of a physician in the facility service itself was fine and staff were courteous, this ongoing billing issue leaves me questioning the integrity of their administrative processes. I hope my experience is an exception—but for others considering this urgent care, be aware and keep detailed records of your visit and payment. I’m still trying to resolve what I was supposedly charged for, months after the fact.
