A/C tech Jason showed up nice and early, was briefed on the problem with my a/c and got to work to help us out before the heavy season. Removal, cleaning and replacement were top notch. Along with good recommendations at the end of the service, he did a great job. Highly recommended!!

I had an excellent experience with Mo when he came to fix my AC. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and made the necessary repairs in no time. Not only did he get my AC running perfectly again, but he also gave me helpful maintenance tips to keep it in great shape. His friendly attitude and dedication to quality service really stood out. I highly recommend Snyder to anyone in need of AC repairs in Fort Lauderdale —definitely a five-star experience!

Rickey was great! After having so many techs come out without being able to fix our AC issue, Rickey finally took the time to really figure out what could be causing the problem. He went above and beyond, for free, I might add, and made sure everything was done right. Super grateful for all his effort — definitely someone who cares about doing a great job! Appreciate you!

I recently hired Snyder AC (who then subcontracted it to Palmair, but made the invoice in the name of Snyder for whatever reason). Let me begin by saying the technician who came was on time, courteous and seemingly knowledgeable about his trade. The problem is the price I had to pay, and understand that I am aware they are a company who needs and deserves to make profit. But there is such thing as price gouging and I think this fits the bill. Allow me to explain. They arrived at exactly 1:29 PM and departed at exactly 2:29 PM (according to my surveillance cameras). So they entire process including small talk, basic check up and diagnostic and swapping 2 parts and adding 1, took exactly 1 hour of "labor". I asked the technician for any parts he swapped so I could look them over for curiosity's sake. That is when I googled the part number on one of them and was a bit surprised. I had googled the Start Capacitor CAP-45/5/440R. They run about $30 - $45 dollars retail from RADWELL AC supply and other Ac supply companies. Price I was charged...$333.72 !!! Next part, Contactor Part #HN51KC024 ...runs between $50 and $80 retail. Price I was charged...$312.12....last part, "Starter Kit" retail cost about $87. Price I was charged....$420.12!!! This seems ABOVE AND BEYOND NORMAL FAIR PROFIT LEVELS ON PARTS! Even if you say it includes labor, remember he was there for exactly 1 hour, so that does not really equate. Again, I am not against a fair profit, but this is a bit excessive and unfair. They had every part in the truck so you know they are common parts that fail and they probably pay far less then retail for them in quantity/bulk. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY, but I am afraid this is probably an industry standard. They have you by the "you know what" when you AC goes out in Florida, and they take advantage of that. Poor business if you ask me. Not respectable at all.

I am a new customer with Snyder Air. I recently had a routine service call with their tech Mike Kertesz. Mike was very thorough and did a phenomenal job He diagnosed a small potential problem which was repaired
I am very with Snyder AC
I also had an electrical inspection done the same day. The tech Jarod Sousa was very knowledgeable and thorough. I focused on the main panel and the benefits of a whole house surge protector. After being informed by Jarod of the benefits of a surge protector I had Jarod install one. Very pleased with the company and another 5 star
