The technician Floyd A. did what he was asked to do and on time. However, he was given the wrong instructions and instead of bringing a portable unit for us to use while waiting for a part that is on back order for three weeks now he was send to put Freon in a unit that is out of order since it is missing the evaporator coil. A coil that I waited 2 months to be replaced and when the new part came in it was defective and had to be reordered. MEANWHILE I AM WAITING NOW FOR THREE WEEKS FOR THE NEW PART TO COME IN WITH NO FUNCTIONING A/C.
For the last three weeks I have been calling Air America’s customer service number. I get apologies by the operator and promises that the dispatcher will call me right away and I never get a call. When I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager they tell me that no one is available. I wrote an email to them with no response. I have used this company for a few years now and this the first time I encountered this type of problem
I feel Air America’s lack of response and leaving a household in South Florida with no A/C for weeks at a time it is irresponsible and criminal.
I finally had to spend over $500 to purchase my own portable A/C unit since I gave up waiting for them to bring one and more likely I have to spend another $1,200 to get another company to get me the part since they don’t seem to be able to get the one I paid for. This is my unit for the past month.

Wayne Brown and his crew are the hardest working people I’ve seen in a very long time. The attention to detail is very impressive. They even double checked their own work so nothing slips thru the cracks. I will never want another crew. Big up to Omar and Savage. you guys are the BEST!!!!

I called Snyder AC repair for the first time and realized that I had found the right company as soon as the work was done. They are a well-managed AC company that even after 5pm made it to the condo to fix what turned out to be a clogged drain line. I'd like to thank Rickey McClam a skilled AC technician who is a top-notch representative of your company. He explained with absolute clarity the problem, the fix, and the price so I understood it all before he started. Furthermore, he was very kind and caring for my elderly mom who was really worried about the AC leak she was facing.
Very happy with your tech's performance today.

Tech recommended completely new AC system. Quoted $12K. We thought that was over-priced. He said he’d take 20% off. That brought price to $9.6K. He reneged and said it would be 10K.
Charged $2.3K for labor. He said we needed a couple of parts and would install within a few days for no further charge. 9 days later and we are still waiting.
We are definitely going to change AC companies. Suggestions welcome.

A tech finally came to “fix” AC. After he left my son noticed the drain line had been cut (or broken). Now water is leaking pretty rapidly and AC is STILL not working.

Snyder conditioning / Air America made it right! We had a few challenges mostly due to Goodman parts on backorder, but in the end, totally satisfied. Thank you to all the qualified technicians who helped cool down our home.
