Wayne Brown and his crew are the hardest working people I’ve seen in a very long time. The attention to detail is very impressive. They even double checked their own work so nothing slips thru the cracks. I will never want another crew. Big up to Omar and Savage. you guys are the BEST!!!!

Frank was our technician, and you could tell he was very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. We had to get a lot of work done which took several days, but he was always respectful of our time and very informative. Frank always made sure to show us the work he had finished at the end of the each day, cleaned up after himself, and let us know the plan for the next day. He was happy to explain everything to us and made sure we understood throughout the whole process, which was very helpful. Frank was professional and kind and provided excellent service throughout the course of our job. We would highly recommend him and Snyder to anyone we know!
From start to finish, we had a great experience with Frank and with Snyder the company overall. Bonnie in the billing department was also very kind, patient and helpful! The most important thing to us was ensuring we got safe, reliable and effective work done for our family home, which is what we feel we really got!

Count your blessings if Ariel, Benjamin, Dan, Howard, and Andy arrive at your door to install your new air conditioner(!) what an amazing team! They were incredibly fast, cleaned up everything as they worked, handled some tricky situations - including some that were left over from my previous installation - and performed a beautiful, neat installation. Very professional work.
I had a LOT of questions for my salesperson, (Alex) who remained kind and polite despite all my worries - and phone calls(!) - before starting this job(!) He kept telling me, “don’t worry, you are going to be very happy!”
He was right! I’m so glad I went with Air America/Snyder - and feel very fortunate this team handled both my sale and my installation. Many thanks to all of you!! :)

The technician Floyd A. did what he was asked to do and on time. However, he was given the wrong instructions and instead of bringing a portable unit for us to use while waiting for a part that is on back order for three weeks now he was send to put Freon in a unit that is out of order since it is missing the evaporator coil. A coil that I waited 2 months to be replaced and when the new part came in it was defective and had to be reordered. MEANWHILE I AM WAITING NOW FOR THREE WEEKS FOR THE NEW PART TO COME IN WITH NO FUNCTIONING A/C.
For the last three weeks I have been calling Air America’s customer service number. I get apologies by the operator and promises that the dispatcher will call me right away and I never get a call. When I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager they tell me that no one is available. I wrote an email to them with no response. I have used this company for a few years now and this the first time I encountered this type of problem
I feel Air America’s lack of response and leaving a household in South Florida with no A/C for weeks at a time it is irresponsible and criminal.
I finally had to spend over $500 to purchase my own portable A/C unit since I gave up waiting for them to bring one and more likely I have to spend another $1,200 to get another company to get me the part since they don’t seem to be able to get the one I paid for. This is my unit for the past month.

I called Snyder AC repair for the first time and realized that I had found the right company as soon as the work was done. They are a well-managed AC company that even after 5pm made it to the condo to fix what turned out to be a clogged drain line. I'd like to thank Rickey McClam a skilled AC technician who is a top-notch representative of your company. He explained with absolute clarity the problem, the fix, and the price so I understood it all before he started. Furthermore, he was very kind and caring for my elderly mom who was really worried about the AC leak she was facing.
Very happy with your tech's performance today.
He was a methodical worker. Total expert.
