My husband and I hired Allied Roofing to replace our tile roof with a beautiful metal one. We did this a few years ago and continue to use them to service and maintain our roof to date. The crew for replacement was wonderful. Clean, friendly and efficient. The site managers were always willing to answer questions and go over anything that came up during the process. Our roof is still gorgeous and we love it!! Thank you Allied for making our metal roof a reality!
I had a wonderful experience replacing my tile roof with a seamless metal roof from Allied Roofing. Victor Rojas provided a very competitive proposal and answered all my questions concerning a metal roof. The team: Daisy, Gigi at the office and Luigi in the field were professional, skilled, and committed to delivering quality work. Whenever an issue arose, the office staff and the owner Kris were incredibly helpful and responsive, working quickly to find a solution and ensuring that we were satisfied. Their communication was excellent, and they truly cared about making things right. The roofing crew did an outstanding job. Looking to get a metal roof…. Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal. End of story!!! 10 out of 10! If you would like several reasons as to why you SHOULD ONLY choose Allied Roofing then read about YOUR next roofing provider. When I started on the journey on obtaining a metal roofing provider I had it set to get multiple quotes and make sure that I am comparing apples to apples. In all fairness, I knew of Allied Roofing from before but had no experiences with them and I wanted to make sure I wasn’t just going with them because of that. I met with about 5 metal roofing providers and eventually sat down with Victor over at Allied. After a tour of their facility, answers to several of my questions and going over product options I felt a high level of comfort. When I set off on this task I was factoring several metrics. I wanted a provider that…. 1. did all of their in-house fabrication and didn’t out-source their installation to sub-contractors 2. would cover all aspects of installing a new roof like permits, city filings, etc. without hidden fees and last minute line-items that would inflate costs. 3. provide highly competitive pricing. 4. would commit to time lines. 5. would provide clear communications on the status of the project. 6. would deliver a high quality product. (MOST IMPORTANT) Well, Allied Roofing checks all of those boxes with a super-sized, bold magic marker. The team that makes up Allied is 2nd to none as they all have gone over and beyond in delivering an exceptional, high quality experience and product. So Over and Beyond, that after signing my contract but before my project started, I received a violation notice from the city about my roof and other cosmetic items that were in need of repair. At the time of the notice for me to appear in front of the City magistrate I was going to be in North Carolina assisting my brother move. Well Gigi, an Allied angel, was so compassionate and understanding of my situation that She went to appear in front of the city on my behalf representing me in my absence and was able to get the City to eliminate my violation fees. I feared that this kind act was going to come at an additional cost, but when I reached out to Gigi after the hearing and asked “how much” would her doing that cost me, she laughed a little and said “…No Mr. Brown, there’s no charge at all. I understood your situation and wanted to help you during this time”. When I tell you that I was floored (SHOCKED) at such a kind and stress relieving gesture. When Allied was starting the 1st phase of my roofing project, they assigned a Project Manager to me by the name of Luiggy. He was very professional and nice explained all of the physical phases off the roof replacement. He made me aware of specific concerns and gave me options on if I wanted to address them myself or have Allied do them and clearly articulated all costs associated. Whenever I called him with questions, if he didn’t answer after a few rings, he would be calling me back within minutes. It was such a great pleasure having him as a project manager as I was never in doubt of the status of things. Overall, If I had to redo a roof in the future, have to replace a roof on another house, or HIGHLY recommend a roofing provider to friend or family member, Allied Roofing and Sheet metal would be the only contactor name coming out of my mouth. Do your research you will see that on pricing they are very competitive but for the total package, there’s no comparison. It was such a pleasure to deal with them.
