I had issues with my exhaust vent. I called Apex Roofing Repair to see if they could help me out. After a thorough inspection, they came up with a solution. The job was done professionally and as promised. The service staff is extremely courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend using them for any roof repair or replacement.

We our roof repaired 07/25/2020. One week later it started leaking again and it spread. We called numerous times and got the serious "run around". Multiple times they made "appointments" to come out and redo the poorly done repairs, my wife taking off from work twice, and they no show, no call. Very unreliable and in my opinion very unprofessional. I will be seeking full compensation, possibly for more than we already paid due to increased damages.

Called Monday about a repair job was told and scheduled for a Friday job. Called Tuesday and asked to change to Wednesday they said ok you are confirmed 2-4. Well 2 comes around and no call from tech... i call they say its 2-4 window he will arrive in and he will be InTouch with me. I did this 3 times. Not one phone call. Then they no-show no-call. I needed my leak repaired so i could show my house and they let me down. don't let it happen to you.
