My dog recently was diagnosed with a kidney stone from a different vet. He was prescribed a special diet food for 4 weeks. I ordered a case of food online but wouldn’t be here for 3 days. So I needed some to hold him over. Our primary vet is 30 min away, so I called Arbor asking if they had this food in stock, which they did. Then they told me I can’t buy the food from them without an appt with their vet. Absurd. I spoke to my own vet about this after taking an hour out of my work day to get the food, and they agreed that it was very careless and unprofessional of Arbor to not sell me the food when I had a written prescription. So instead of potentially gaining a customer who just discovered they’re close by…you’ve managed to never get my business. Instead of caring for an animal who NEEDS this specific food… you’ve managed to exclude my dog from the “animals you love so much”. Thanks for nothing Arbor. I hope this review repels the people who want a vet that actually cares about animals. Clearly this place only cares about their paychecks.

We had a great experience at Arbor pet Hospital. Our dog was very sick and the doctor was very kind, helpful and through. She gave us all possibilities and referred us to emergency care. She followed up the next day to check in which was appreciated! Would recommend this office. All the staff was very friendly and helpful along the way!

Not long ago I was sharing about the loss of my friend Quiet Kitty who left behind his twin brother Talking Kitty. (The names were given in the Native American tradition of naming the outward character of the animal when first we meet them) Sadly. this morning, Talking Kitty was gently and kindly given the help to rest in eternity with his sister after having suffered an injury in the AM. My grateful thanks to my neighbor Julie and her wonderful Vet at Arbor Pet Hospital in Wilton Manors for their assistance and graciousness in seeing to a peaceful and dignified goodbye to a devoted friend. At my meeting this morning, one of the readings was about The Prayer of St Francis of Assisi and the power of LOVE. St Francis is the Patron Saint of Animals and I often remember his example of love and care for all of God's wondrous creatures. My roommate and I have gained far more examples of unqualified affection (love) from our now gone brother and sister cats then we could ever have imagined. I shall miss them both greatly and encourage you to be present with your loved ones (pets & human) and show them the love of St Francis as much as you can.(Photo: Our last time together this morning at Arbor Pet Hosp.)

I had a disappointing experience with Ebony and the team. Their policy of not guaranteeing appointments is frustrating and unprofessional. It felt as though their time was valued over mine, and interactions with the staff over the phone were often unhelpful and overly assertive. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services and suggest considering other options.

My Vet Kelsey is very knowledgeable and explains everything regarding my dog very clearly. The entire team is kind, patient, caring, and thorough. They treat us and my dog like family and Ziyah is actually excited to go visit! I highly recommend
