Nigel, I don't think there are enough words to thank you and your team!! The installations were truly seamless for both properties that you installed new units in for us. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of the work, the service, and your professionalism! Also, the attention to every detail was above outstanding! Everything was left so clean and put back together, better than it was before you came out! Even with the bump in the road for me you were able to resolve it with minimal impact to me. That's a strong testament to your honesty and loyalty to caring and serving your customers! That is such a rare combination in the world today, but you and your team truly deserve the compliments!! Having purchased an older home with two separate A/C’s, it was only a matter of time. Nigel and his son JR have now installed two new Trane units and I could not be happier with their pricing and the quality of their work. My old drain lines were backing up and Ask for Cool was immediately on hand to clear them. They have now re-routed a fresh line on one and acid washed the other. Living in SoFla, if you don’t have reliable, excellent A/C techs in your pocket who are immediately responsive when things get HOT, all you need to do is ASK FOR COOL!
We contacted Nigel back in November after discovering mold in our vents and noticing high humidity throughout the house. Even though we had replaced our AC system a year earlier, something still felt off. We reached out to several AC companies, but Nigel and his team were the first to respond promptly and provide a detailed, clear plan of action. They thoroughly inspected our system and explained that our ductwork needed to be replaced. Nigel offered thoughtful advice tailored to our home’s needs and gave us a step-by-step breakdown of the entire process. We already suspected the ducts were in bad shape, but we had no idea just how bad it really was until they showed us. Choosing to move forward with Nigel was the best decision we could’ve made. He and his team were amazing—professional, respectful, and truly good people who take pride in their work. It’s been a few months since they completed the duct replacement, and the difference is night and day. Our home no longer feels humid, it cools quickly, and even our electricity bill has gone down. I found this company had the most friendly and knowledgeable technicians. My coils were extremely dirty on my 8 year old AC unit. They cleaned all the pipes, flushed the drain pipe and filled the unit with coolant. The unit is running like it did when I bought it. Attached are before and after pictures. Their prices were very reasonable also. Best of all, the work came with a One Year warranty for parts and labor.
