I found this company had the most friendly and knowledgeable technicians. My coils were extremely dirty on my 8 year old AC unit. They cleaned all the pipes, flushed the drain pipe and filled the unit with coolant. The unit is running like it did when I bought it. Attached are before and after pictures. Their prices were very reasonable also. Best of all, the work came with a One Year warranty for parts and labor.
Nigel is the best in the business. His attention to detail and thoroughness to explain and educate you is his superpower! I called Ask for Air to get a cost estimate to replace my home air condition unit. Shannon answered the phone and scheduled a visit to my house. I was pleasantly surprised at her willingness to work with my schedule. Then, Nigel came to my house to give me an estimate. Nigel was very professional and explained with detail the work that needed to be done. At my selection of date to do the job, Fitzroy and his crew arrived as scheduled early in the morning and a few minutes later Nigel joined them. They worked from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm until the job was completed. Fitzroy and his crew were polite and professional, they cleaned every area of my house they worked on including the yard where the old unit was placed. I am extremely happy of the service provided by this company and its employees and will recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone I know needing air condition repairs or replacement.
With the service business in south Florida being so shady I’m on edge when working with a company. This company builds their business on integrity and honesty and are very thorough in all aspects of their work. Very rare and hard to find a company that: 1) does great work 2) operates with integrity 3) fair in price Phenomenal and I’ve already recommended them to family and friends for all AC and air quality work!
