The place was nice but I did not feel that it was nearly as nice as what you pay for. Rooms were average. They add on a bunch of fees while you’re there. Everything is overpriced but so is everything else in Fort Lauderdale. Brian the bartender at the salty siren was great! Private beach is nice. Good location.

It's a decent place, but a bit dated. Service varied from one staff to another, the lady checked us in wasn't seemed too interested in her job. But other staff around the resort are much better. The breakfast staff and the bartenders at the lobby lounge were very friendly and attentive. Decent size rooms and cleanliness. Beach access is good.

When we first arrived the front desk staff was amazing. We were given a room without a balcony and we booked and paid for a balcony. The room we originally got was the building closer to the ocean with the infinity pool. That room had so much room and was great. When they moved us to the balcony room it was TINY and had some ants. Not a big deal though because there were only a few by the door and in FL that's expected. I would not pay more money for the balcony room though just from my opinion. We ate at the infinity pool and the service was terrible. The server was super nice, she just did not do great at her job. We were the only people eating and she didnt check on us, fill up our waters or anything. They also have very few drink options for kids there. The location of this hotel is perfection, right on the beach. You really can not complain about the location at all. Our room was a little loud because the set up is like a motel where the balcony rooms are so we did hear kids yelling and playing at the pool pretty late but again, not a huge deal for us. Overall i would def go back and just stick with the non balcony room close to the ocean.

Rooms can be nice if they tried better cleaning and touch up paint. Vent in bathroom didn’t work so humidity was horrible when showering. I overheard some employees talking down to other customers although I was treated well. Food is extremely expensive. Two pancakes and two sausage for my little kids that I brought to my room was $55 and auto gratuity although we didn’t sit down and eat!?!? I wouldn’t recommend this place or stay here again.
Addition - The reply from B Ocean states that other guests are raving about the place… I see poor reviews and guests with us were not raving. And don’t look at the fake 5 star reviews because we all know how the review system works. Take a look at 3 stars and down. There are many of them. I suggest management take a look in the mirror or look at more of their reviews.

This hotel is is conveniently close to the beach and the staff were friendly upon check in, but that would be the only good thing about this hotel.
The room was clean, but it felt more of like a motel.
The pictures upon booking were deceiving as our room looked nothing like the photos online. I asked if we could change rooms to one not facing the loud busy street to one with a balcony and I was told it would be an extra $50 USD per night.
I requested extra towels that took hours to receive and still hand to go the front desk to get them.
For the cost of this hotel I was expecting it to be nicer. location,location,location I guess.
