My adult daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights after our cruise. We were able to check our luggage and enjoy the beautiful beach until our room was ready. Then, tried to open our room door...keys didn't work. Daughter went to the desk.On the fifth floor balcony, getting dark, and the light above was burned out. The room was large and the bathroom had been updated. However, there was no place to hang a towel! A towel bar under the picture on the wall would have been nice! Good thing there was a grab bar in the shower, as the floor tile was very slippery. There was a running light across both beds. We looked everywhere to shut it off. The next morning, we saw a little black button on the stand under the phone and turned it off. It would have been nice to have had a gift shop, for forgotten toiletries, but it was taken out during COVID. A distance to walk to the strip mall.

Convenient location with a private beach and close to other restaurants, bars and shops. With convenience comes a price. Food and drinks were pricier than I expected. The bed was comfy and rooms were fine. The only complaint I have about the room is the phone wasn’t working. It was $55 daily for valet parking. There’s a paid park by yourself lot next to the valet lot but I think prices were about the same. There’s a private beach with complimentary towels and chairs. It’s $32 for an umbrella.

Stayed for one night before a cruise, a family of three. We arrived past noon and the front desk was kind to give our room early. The room was clean and very well lit (natural sunlight, floor to ceiling windows).
After we unpacked, we had a nice lunch at The Salty Siren, a beach front restaurant with a pool, which made our 8 yo very happy. Parents had a nice break as well with the tasty beverages while kids have a great time - win win.
The location was nice as we took a stroll along the beach and towards a row of food kiosks (i think it's called a broadwalk).
At night we had dinner at The Wreck with the swimming mermaid show. While the food was just average, they made it up with good service and the kids definitely enjoyed the show. This hotel had everything to make this a memorable stay for us. We will certainly be back!

Second timing staying here. The rooms are fine, nothing to brag about but nice enough. We received housekeeping once in 4 days despite asking for it daily. We were constantly out of towels etc. The staff is not overly friendly but again, nice enough. Thr location is right on the beach and walking distance to so much! We absolutely would go back for that reason alone.

We stayed here post cruise for one night and were told we could have an earlier check in. Waited 1.5 hours longer than told as had us down for a king bed instead of two beds. Beds were super comfortable. I did appreciate full access to the beach and pool while waiting. They did upgrade us to a bigger room but it was a few doors down from the pool and so noisy all day/night. Had a view of a concrete wall. My friend used a walker and was a far walk to the beach building on slanted ramp which was difficult with a walker. Do not stay on the pool level in the beach building if you want quiet. The room’s furniture is quite outdated. Every time the air conditioner turned on or off there was a loud clank!
We had Starbucks coffee at the Clipper Express which was ridiculously expensive for regular coffee and included an 18% gratuity. The prices at the pool restaurant were very high.
Pool and private beach are amazing!
We ate at the Florida Sports Bar and Grill restaurant for breakfast and it was ok but expensive. Best part was our wonderful server John who was a delight!!!
If you are looking for the resort feel you will get it but it is pricey.
