The staff at the front desk are super friendly and patient. Mitchell is very nice he’s understanding and the other ladies as well. Every question and issue I came across they did not get upset. I would recommend coming here. You will have a great experience. The ladies who draw blood are the best too.
If I could rate zero stars I would.. completely disgusted at the customer service at this location. I arrived at 7:05 PM on Thursday July 18. The sign on the door says they close at 8. The information online says they close at 8. I open the door and the lady doesn’t even greet me she sits behind the counter and says oh we closed my bad. I forgot to lock the door In the most ghetto hood way. It was a complete lack of compassion in my time of need. Doesn’t she realize that patients pay her bills, pay for her eyelashes and pay for her weave? And I’m not being rude, I’m speaking the truth from what I saw. You have a job, do the job in the most kind, gentle, and respectful way so that patients will return to your location. Do better. She didn’t even offer to find out if there was another location nearby that I could visit. Just completely disgusting Service.
Best urgent care in the Coconut Creek/ Coral Springs area. Highly recommend APRN Dahlia. Very professional, knowledgeable and excellent bedside manner. Also, thank you Mitchell and Denesha for your such a good experience!!
Travis, Keyana and the lovely tech who took my vitals were excellent today. Came in for a sprained wrist. Short wait, very attentive staff, professional care.
The physician was phenomenal.. he was very thorough, extremely personable. Both my.husband and I were seen the same day. He personally reached back out to my husband about his blood sugars...would recommend him.to anyone. Staff was great as well!
