The staff at Care Spot was very pleasant, professional and carried out my pre-employment test in a efficient manner while still following all of the necessary protocols & paperwork then sent copies of that to my future job. I went there around 3:00 in the afternoon and there was nobody there so check in was a quick and easy process. I felt confident that the proper chain of command will all be followed and my results will come in a timely manner. Great job, Care Spot! Jenny B.
Great place and staff! They were patient, welcoming, friendly, and professional! I recommend it to all my families with little ones. My daughter gave them a run for their money but they were still friendly and helpful towards us! I tried helping them with her where I could but she was just not having it but luckily they had work arounds. Definitely would return here for my urgent care needs!
Not very competent staff. Takes forever on something that can run much more efficiently coming from someone in the medical field this place is dirty, poorly run and not competent staff
First time I came here: they refused me and told me to go to a gyno when I mentioned I had my period for over two weeks. When I told them I don't have one, they still refused me. Would rate zero stars if I could. Second time I came here: I came to refill my medication (which it STATES THEY CAN REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS!!!) And once again I was refused and told to go to my primary doctor when I stated I do not have one. This place is an absolute waste and should be shut down.
They were very efficient, friendly and got right to the point of why I was there. Sick. Sick. Did x-rays. A very thorough job. Thank you so much. I even got my prescription right there. I didn't have to go to a pharmacy being out of town.
