I myself am an APP and Melissa the PA was fantastic. She was quick, thorough, knowledgeable, kind and open to discussing different treatment plans. The nurse on the evening of 1/16 was also very pleasant, efficient and understanding. I was in and out in under 30 minutes at 6pm on a Thursday. Facility appeared clean and organized. Will recommend to my own patients

I have been going to carespot for about 3years and my visits have always been awesome from the front desk to the back clinical staff. Everyone is friendly and very professional. I don’t mind driving 45 minutes to the particular facility because of how they treat me and other patients that go there. Keep up the good work

I went there on a Sunday Morning for a big painful skin infection, I didn’t wait for long. The doctor was very experienced and took care of me. He injected me a pain reliever then he cut my skin and drained it. Thank you again for his job. The secretaire was kind too.

I went to the care spot located at 9035 pines blvd. The receptionist was terrible. She had a very bad and unpleasant attitude, she talked to me and the other patients any kind of way. I asked her how long was it going to be and she immediately snapped at me. She is definitely tearing down the business since she is the first person you encounter and she has a nasty attitude .

Always my luck to encounter people who don’t want to work. I came in sick as a dog, calling out of work so I could be seen and given medicine. The receptionist printed out a paper showing me their system unable to validate my insurance. I asked her if she could call instead to verify (as everyone has always done when online systems don’t work) and she says “well, it’s Sunday.. so…” I walked away, called my insurance, explained, gave her the phone.. and voila, now she verified my insurance (with me doing her job). This is so stupid. Why are people so unwilling to do their jobs? If it doesn’t work online, I should just go kick rocks? This is how much they care about treating sick people UPDATE 10/05/2014 - This was a Sunday. On Tuesday I went to the Emergency room when my symptoms worsened and I developed a fever. This Urgent Care supposedly tested me for Covid and Influenza. They told me I had a respiratory infection and sent me home with antibiotics. When the ER tested me again, I was positive for both. So, what is going on here? I was charged, my insurance was charged, and I was completely misdiagnosed on top of the bad customer service. I think you all need to mail a check with my $50 copay and refund my insurance. Also, observe and coach/train your staff better. Either the nurse who took the sample didn’t do it right, or the lab messed up. If you’re sick, rethink your options and even maybe go to the ER if you can. Doesn’t look like the staff here is up to par.
