Not to sound corny, but Laura and Dalissa put the "CARE" in CareSpot !! They have went out of their way on more than one occasion to make sure that I was taken care of. You can feel that genuine love, which, unfortunately, is rare these days. Thank you, ladies, for everything !! ❤️

Always my luck to encounter people who don’t want to work. I came in sick as a dog, calling out of work so I could be seen and given medicine. The receptionist printed out a paper showing me their system unable to validate my insurance. I asked her if she could call instead to verify (as everyone has always done when online systems don’t work) and she says “well, it’s Sunday.. so…” I walked away, called my insurance, explained, gave her the phone.. and voila, now she verified my insurance (with me doing her job). This is so stupid. Why are people so unwilling to do their jobs? If it doesn’t work online, I should just go kick rocks? This is how much they care about treating sick people
UPDATE 10/05/2014 - This was a Sunday. On Tuesday I went to the Emergency room when my symptoms worsened and I developed a fever. This Urgent Care supposedly tested me for Covid and Influenza. They told me I had a respiratory infection and sent me home with antibiotics.
When the ER tested me again, I was positive for both. So, what is going on here? I was charged, my insurance was charged, and I was completely misdiagnosed on top of the bad customer service.
I think you all need to mail a check with my $50 copay and refund my insurance. Also, observe and coach/train your staff better. Either the nurse who took the sample didn’t do it right, or the lab messed up.
If you’re sick, rethink your options and even maybe go to the ER if you can. Doesn’t look like the staff here is up to par.

Everyone was very polite from start to finish. They made me feel at ease as I was doing a physical for my profession and that led to my vitals improving over the course of the physical. They have a great work environment and it seems like they all love what they do. Thanks CareSpot for the excellent service

Everyone was very nice and took great care of my daughter. The doctor listened to concerns and answered all questions. I’d definitely go back and recommend them for anyone with urgent care needs.

I took my child here and the overall experience was horrible. The front desk person was unfriendly and unable to gather the information. The nurse was unable to give my child a shot and said she was struggling with the injection and threw the cause and cotton ball on the floor. She was not pleasant. The doctor was also disconnected and unsure on how to assist. The office space is not comfortable for a sick person to sit or lay comfortable and the staff does not offer any assistance for the patient to be comfortable. I regret going here. I saw my daughter in pain and just being bounced around the office and I cried. Horrible experience.
