By far the absolute BEST car experience I’ve ever had in 27 years of driving. Richie and his team were amazing from the moment I walked in. Courteous and straight forward about everything. The estimate was lower than the previous 4 I had already received and the time frame to get it done was 2 weeks less. I dropped the car off the first week of February and the car was finished before Valentine’s Day. Richie was in contact with me with updates and I even paid to have the car repainted. There were no surprises and no issues from drop off to pick up. I would recommend Carfix Auto Repair to everyone. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication. One of the best experience I’ve ever had at aBody Shop. Completed under time the estimate was significantly lower than others. Great bunch of people to work with the staff is so responsive. My dad had his car done there too.

Hello, my name is Sandra. I want to share with you the great experience I had getting my car repaired at Carfix Auto Repair in Hollywood, FL.
My car had a coolant leak, they did the diagnose right away. They sent me a diagram, pictures of the parts that needed to be replaced and the estimate.
After doing the repair, I drove the car and something else came up. They did not hesitate to check it all again until finally get it done without an extra charge.
They also had the courtesy of picking me up and dropping me off the times were necessary.
Finding a responsible and honest Auto Repair shop which really takes care of customers is not an easy task.
I was lucky I found them.

What an amazing experience at Carfix. Richie and the staff were courteous and professional.. My 6 year old Corolla looks like it just came out of the showroom. In all my years of experience with body shops never actually got my car back when promised. I would recommend them without hesitation.
