Our roof replacement went quite well and we are thrilled with our new roof and fascia.
From project estimation, contract signing, demolition and tile and fascia installation, the process took approximately 8 months. In general, Chase kept us informed as to project status (there were a few communication hiccups). The workers did a great job, were professional and did a good job of cleaning up the work site each day. I must give a special shout to John Guglielmi who was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process.

We were very pleased with the job that Chase Roofing did from George who was the supervisor for the rip off and all of his men to Joe and his crew who completed the metal portion of the roof. We were kept informed all along the way from the permitting process all the way through to the inspections at the end. They were very prompt, cleaned up every bit of the mess, and did this on a daily basis. We did not have to clean up one thing. I am very picky with who I choose as contractors and Chase met all of my expectations and even exceeded them. I highly recommend this company.

Great Company!! As any one can have good or bad reviews ... the results and follow through will always separate the true professionals from the imposter. As a Plumbing Contractor and business owner .. i can confidently say that Chase Roofing will not only chase leaks! But fight the fires for their clients! As i saw a prior building issue from the client below Jessica Holly i can understand her frustration as a customer.. However i am glad she hired professionals to mitigate the unforeseen issues she has faced and trusted Chase roofing as any other roofing contractor would have had to solve from her prior unlicensed work that was not her fault either. Building permits can be stressful and sometimes it can cause delays.. but hiring a licensed contractor will never be a regret! Because they can follow through and solve the issues with results. More then a local roofer!! Thank You Chase Team
