I recently had a new metal roof installed by Chase Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The quality of their work was excellent, and their customer service and communication were outstanding. John and the team were easy to work with and always made an effort to accommodate my needs.
While the project did take longer than expected and went slightly over budget, the team remained dedicated to making everything right. Any mistakes were promptly addressed, and they worked tirelessly until everything was done to perfection.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and thoughtful touches. Not only did they install a beautiful new metal roof, but they also had all my exterior windows and glass doors cleaned by Shine of Ft. Lauderdale, making my home look even more stunning! On top of that, they sent me chocolates and a card, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
Despite the slight delays, I would absolutely recommend Chase Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company. They truly go above and beyond!

Chase Roofing is Great!!! They communicate well and do great work at a very fair price. I needed several repairs and each time they called ahead to confirm the repair time. Workers were on time, knowledgeable, neat and friendly. I referred them to my son who need a whole house roof replacement and Chase Roofing did a great job. I wouldn't use anyone else!!

Our roof replacement went quite well and we are thrilled with our new roof and fascia.
From project estimation, contract signing, demolition and tile and fascia installation, the process took approximately 8 months. In general, Chase kept us informed as to project status (there were a few communication hiccups). The workers did a great job, were professional and did a good job of cleaning up the work site each day. I must give a special shout to John Guglielmi who was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend Chase Roofing for your roof replacement.

I`ll give myself a pat on the back for choosing Chase roofing. It has been the most extraordinary experience. It started with online research of course but most roofing companies get raves. I was impressed that very few roofers have platinum status as installers of Owens Corning Duration shingles. They are rated as the best shingle on the market. What also set them apart was meeting their representative Philip Dray. He was much more knowledgeable than anyone else i interviewed and whenever i had a question he responded within minutes with a detailed text or email. My interaction with everyone on the team was a similar experience. A special shout out to Brooke Laurenzo the project manager as well. She was an invaluable asset all during the process. I can`t thank her enough. In the final analysis it`s the people. The roof was done with care in record time and my property and roof were immaculate afterwards. A first rate organization top to bottom.
