We lost my mom in July, 2024 and Clarencia and James made this sad time peaceful. They are wonderful! Then about a month ago, I received an invitation to the Holiday Memorial Happy Hour. What a beautiful, uplifting way to step into the holidays without mom. They made a beautiful ornament with my mom’s name on it to take home and we had a candle-lighting ceremony. Refreshments and light bites were served. What a beautiful, comforting experience. They are truly a blessing when it is most needed. God Bless them.

I had the unfortunate necessity of working with this funeral home, but they truly made the experience as seamless as possible during such a difficult time. They handled everything with care and professionalism. From the initial phone call with Kiki to working closely with Candy, the staff was exceptional. James was just incredible, answered all my questions and concern with care and concerns and did it immediately. Their support made all the difference when it was most needed.”

Preparing to lay a loved one to rest is one of the most challenging and emotional experiences, but the team at Coral Springs Funeral Home truly made it possible for us to grieve while feeling completely supported every step of the way. From the moment we reached out, Sage was there to guide us on our first night of need, patiently explaining the process and offering us much-needed comfort. This allowed us to make thoughtful and confident decisions in selecting a facility that we believed would treat our loved one with compassion and dignity.
Throughout this journey, the entire team showed an extraordinary level of care, compassion, commitment to service, and dedication to the entire process and our family. Their compassion, attention to detail, and willingness to answer every question gave us a sense of peace during a time of deep sorrow. Every single staff member was truly AMAZING, offering unwavering support and making us feel cared.
The facility itself was not only beautiful and intimate but also a space that radiated warmth and tranquility bringing comfort to our hearts. On the day of the service, the staff went above and beyond, providing a seamless, white-glove experience that met the needs of our family, friends, and loved ones. Sage was a AMAZING addition to our program by helping as needed and anticipating needs of the family. He did a beautiful job sharing the Acknowledgements for Cards and Condolences and shared a wonderful story of hope and love to those in service. Words cannot simply explain the compassion, dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail by the Funeral Director, Ms. Clarencia Ingram. She is truly a gem and called to service in this industry. Kirstyn, James, and Sage went above and beyond our heart desires and blessed with a wonderful honor of life to celebrate our loved one with honor and dignity. Everyone who attended commented on the level of care and compassion visible the Fantastic Team.
The incredible attention to detail and genuine love of service that each team member demonstrated is a true testament to the outstanding leadership of Ms. Clarencia Ingram. Special thanks to Sage, Kirstyn, and James, who showed extraordinary kindness, patience, and dedication. Their unwavering support and love touched our hearts deeply and will never be forgotten. Lastly, as a team they work and support families as if they have been working together for over a decade and it is beautiful to witness.
The facility offers light refreshments for the friends and families, clean facilities, a customized video tribute and musical selection playlists, and access to a live feed. The information is shared in a way that is not overwhelming and includes a step-by-step process to move forward. They were able to accommodate our place of worship and the space was adequate to address our specific needs. Although, we are not looking forward to laying another family member to rest, we are at peace to know we have found a location and team that will honor our loved one as we honor them during their life.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank Coral Springs Funeral Home for making this profoundly difficult time more bearable. You gave us the space to honor our loved one in the most beautiful way, and for that, we are forever grateful.
Wonderful team filled with compassion to serve with their entire heart and sole as if they are your family member.

To everyone at the Coral Springs Funeral Home - thank you for the tender care you gave to me and my family. We appreciate the extra attention to my Dad's last wishes and the personalization of his service, especially the veteran tribute. We thank you and your staff for all you did for us. No request of ours was too much. You made this time so easy for us. Thank you again.

Let me start by saying if your looking for considerate funeral home that will respect the wishes of your family, RUN! Run in another direction!! This funeral home was recommended by a coworker whom like myself is very firm and you need to be dealing with Greg. Greg from one New Yorker to another I am disgusted!
We buried my grandfather within a week due to family members who were already in town whom visited from over seas. As my grandfather recently began hospice and we knew his time was coming to an end.
The first issue we had with this funeral home, they took it upon themselves to call the church and change the funeral service WITHOUT speaking to my family first!! My grandparents has been apart of the church we originally set the arrangements with for over 15 years. By the time we found out they no longer had the time slot available forcing us to go with another church.
After confirming the viewing for Friday Greg decides to call and TELL us that the viewing will be changed from Friday evening to Saturday morning because the arrangements would be three days instead of two. The audacity of this individual is uncanny!!!!
Third issue we had, the casket we had chosen was unavailable. Instead of them doing their due diligence and checking the availability before confirming with us or better yet trying to assist us finding the same color casket (my grandfather favorite color btw). He tried to pressure us into selecting another color. Ultimately we ended up with an upgraded casket but less or no haggle would’ve been respectable.
Once the services actually began the positive thing I would say is the place was very clean, each service began on time, and the gentleman in the front was very helpful. However, the makeup on my grandfather was applied terribly! All in his hair, covering his eyebrows, his lip makeup was blotted and messy! NO LOVE OR CARE went into it. We literally had to clean some of it off for him to look decent. Just a horrible feeling!
To add insult to injury, at the end of the viewing they attempted to poach our left over foods and take our serving utensils!!! Extremely distasteful! I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if his suit was removed after the funeral.
Last but not least at the conclusion of all services. My mother noticed the floral arrangements that we’re sent to the funeral home for the viewing didn’t make its way to the burial site. Only the one that we purchased arrived. When she contacted Greg he stated they were “not in good shape due to no refrigeration or water” so HE DECIDED not to send them. After we got settled we decided to pick the flowers up anyway! When we called the funeral home we spoke with Cheryl to let them know we were going to pick them up Greg called 2 minutes later to say they aren’t in good shape and are wilted.
We now have these so called “dead” flowers one of which magically has water in the vase!!
Greg is a very shiesty individual and should find another profession!!
This is already a trying time!!! The added theatrics were unnecessary and disheartening!!! I wouldn’t recommend this funeral home to my worst enemy!
Photos of the flowers after we picked them up are attached clearly they wanted to keep them for themselves or for other customers SMH.
