I'm not really sure where to start. The entire staff was extremely compassionate, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the various options that were available to me. They really made my mother's funeral service a much more positive experience and offered me a sense of peace that I really needed during this very tough time. I can honestly say this has made an incredible difference for me and my family in terms of how we remember her.

In January of 2023 our 93 year old Father passed away suddenly. Approximately 12-14 years prior to our Dad’s passing I was with my parents as they did pre-need planning, at that time I realized this was a gift from our parents. My Dad was a proud Veteran serving in both the Army and the Air Force. My parents were married 71 years. When my Dad suddenly passed away it was a shock to all 4 children and to his loving and devoted wife. We removed the documents from the safe and we went to Coral Springs Funeral Home. My Mother, my sister and I were racked with grief. Upon entering the building immediately we recognized that the Funeral Home was beautiful, clean and had staff that helped us make our Dad’s celebration of life a memorable experience. We worked with Clarencia Ingram who was very kind, compassionate and listened to what we wanted for our Dad and his grief stricken widow. The large room at the front of the funeral home had ample seating. We wanted a celebration for our Dad and Coral Springs Funeral Home allowed us to bring in refreshments and snacks and appetizers. The 2 large American 🇺🇸 draped on either side of his beautiful gray coffin made all of us proud of his 23 years of service to the Military. He was a proud Veteran. Our Dad looked at peace and anything that we needed all we had to do was ask. He was treated with dignity and respect. He was brought to the Catholic Church and was taken to the front of the church by his grandchildren this was our request. The ride to the National Military Cemetery in a large nice limo was very nice. Our Dad and his widow were so impressed by Coral Springs Funeral Home. We were so thankful that both of our parents had pre-need planning, everything was done with such care and special attention to our Mother. It’s been 17 months since we lost our Dad and we miss him terribly. Coral Springs Funeral Home made his wake memorable and comforted his family. Thank you so very much to all who helped us through this journey. Rest in peace Dad, we love you always.
Your loving wife Lillian and your children Clay, Barb, Teresa & Linda. Your Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. We love you Pop-Pop.

Let me start by saying if your looking for considerate funeral home that will respect the wishes of your family, RUN! Run in another direction!! This funeral home was recommended by a coworker whom like myself is very firm and you need to be dealing with Greg. Greg from one New Yorker to another I am disgusted!
We buried my grandfather within a week due to family members who were already in town whom visited from over seas. As my grandfather recently began hospice and we knew his time was coming to an end.
The first issue we had with this funeral home, they took it upon themselves to call the church and change the funeral service WITHOUT speaking to my family first!! My grandparents has been apart of the church we originally set the arrangements with for over 15 years. By the time we found out they no longer had the time slot available forcing us to go with another church.
After confirming the viewing for Friday Greg decides to call and TELL us that the viewing will be changed from Friday evening to Saturday morning because the arrangements would be three days instead of two. The audacity of this individual is uncanny!!!!
Third issue we had, the casket we had chosen was unavailable. Instead of them doing their due diligence and checking the availability before confirming with us or better yet trying to assist us finding the same color casket (my grandfather favorite color btw). He tried to pressure us into selecting another color. Ultimately we ended up with an upgraded casket but less or no haggle would’ve been respectable.
Once the services actually began the positive thing I would say is the place was very clean, each service began on time, and the gentleman in the front was very helpful. However, the makeup on my grandfather was applied terribly! All in his hair, covering his eyebrows, his lip makeup was blotted and messy! NO LOVE OR CARE went into it. We literally had to clean some of it off for him to look decent. Just a horrible feeling!
To add insult to injury, at the end of the viewing they attempted to poach our left over foods and take our serving utensils!!! Extremely distasteful! I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if his suit was removed after the funeral.
Last but not least at the conclusion of all services. My mother noticed the floral arrangements that we’re sent to the funeral home for the viewing didn’t make its way to the burial site. Only the one that we purchased arrived. When she contacted Greg he stated they were “not in good shape due to no refrigeration or water” so HE DECIDED not to send them. After we got settled we decided to pick the flowers up anyway! When we called the funeral home we spoke with Cheryl to let them know we were going to pick them up Greg called 2 minutes later to say they aren’t in good shape and are wilted.
We now have these so called “dead” flowers one of which magically has water in the vase!!
Greg is a very shiesty individual and should find another profession!!
This is already a trying time!!! The added theatrics were unnecessary and disheartening!!! I wouldn’t recommend this funeral home to my worst enemy!
Photos of the flowers after we picked them up are attached clearly they wanted to keep them for themselves or for other customers SMH.
