This is my second service annual service with Cousin’s Air. The technician Angelo did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and I could tell that he took pride in his work. I was so impressed by the work done, that I would like for him to come back for my next service. As a result of the great work done, I signed up for the two visit annual service.

LATEST UPDATE:
Cousins sent out a supervisor Kyle to check out the problems and discovered some shoddy patchwork at the bottom of the handler by a previous technician. I don't care as long as it got fixed and Kyle did fit it. He also sealed the upper part of the plenum in the attic . Time will tell if the problems are fixed but cousins response and honoring the warranty on their service and Installation has been amazing. Very appreciative.
UPDATE:
I leave this update in hopes that cousins remedies this issue. It's been 4 months since Installation and we have water falling down the front of the intake box which i chalked ho to condensation from it being in the garage . But now we have mold growing on all the joints where the plenum meets the handler and cool air blowing into my attic. They did not seal this thing properly . I've had nothing but problems since installation . Everything before that point was great . I need someone other than a tech to come out here and figure this out .
I was skeptical going with a big box company over my usual AC service guy but boy am I glad I did. From start to finish the experience was smooth and organized. Donald came and gave us their estimate which beat the competition . On top of that they were the ONLY company that came out and actually looked at our ducts to properly size our unit . Turns out our 20 year old unit was too large for our home at least by today's standards . Donald's in depth knowledge and availability to answer all my questions was the determining factor for us over the other 3 estimates I received. Installation was smooth and so far so good with the unit! Even the permitting process was super organized. Will be setting up a service contract with them in the future for sure . Extremely pleased so far! A++++++

I recently had my air conditioner serviced, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. They conducted a thorough inspection, cleaned all the necessary components, and ensured my unit was running at peak efficiency. My go to tech guys are Roben and Jake. If you're looking for reliable and high-quality AC maintenance, I highly recommend their services. Excellent job and great customer service!

Terrible terrible customer service. My husband has called within the last 10 days 3 times trying to speak to someone about adding another zone to our new home which is being built and will be ready in March. The person answering the phone was not very nice gave us the run around and then said someone will call us back. Well no one has He called again today 1/23/25 the woman answering the phone was again very rude all we want to know is can they do this. She again said someone will call us back and they really only deal with “Luxury Homes”.
We asked what do you consider a luxury home her reply 10-15 zones. Would love to know who has that many zones in there home. We will mot be calling them again.
Latest update called Air America as soon as we got off the phone with Cousins spoke to a very nice woman who gave us an appointment to meet us at the model for our new home next Tuesday. Amazing!!!!!

Gelynx was very thorough in his routine check of our AC unit. I appreciate that he is honest and doesn’t try to pressure/upsell me with buying a new unit.
