Sam and his team did an amazing job remodeling our two bathrooms. The work was very technical in nature (neon signs for our daughter, mosaic walls, moving and extending plumbing) but Sam is surrounded by a team of tradesmen that can more than handle the job. Furthermore, Sam was very responsive when it came to resolving any issues post-completion. We had a situation where we had some hollow tiles in the bathroom and Sam had it resolved within the week. Sam's heart is in the right place when it comes to his work. Although we had some ups and downs on the communication front (none of which were deal-breakers), I learned a great deal from this engagement and am thrilled with the work he and his team did for our family. Our daughter lovingly calls her new bathroom her "Tik Tok Bathroom" and my wife hasn't left her new tub in over 2 weeks. I may need to send a search party in.
I want to thank Custom Homes Remodeling for doing a wonderful job in my older home that was built in 1957. All the staff and workers did an great job. I've already uploaded some photos before/After.
I have lived in Fort Lauderdale for 16 years and have been very disappointed with the quality of contractors in this area. We found Sam and hired him to do a major renovation of bedrooms and bathrooms. I was AMAZED. He is professional, trustworthy, responsive and keeps his promises. Even better, the work was outstanding and a few small issues were corrected right away. Pricing was fair (good value for hight quality). I don't usually write reviews; but in this case feel that I must. Sam is the best and you'd be crazy not to contact him!
We just worked with Sam and the team on several projects in preparation for our baby boy due this summer. They enclosed our floating staircase (staircase remodel) , added high hats for lighting, Replaced a light fixture, and painted the room for us. We solicited 3 quotes for the project and we’re instantly impressed with Sam’s responsiveness as well as the fairness of the price. While we had to hunt down two of the other contractors, we only received verbal quotes as opposed to the detailed emailed quote from Sam. He beat out a contractor who we worked with previously who we were pleased with which speaks volumes. He was able to take our picture of the staircase we envisioned from Pinterest and recreate it in our home. The project was completed on time - only 4 days, on budget, and with exceptional quality. On top of the great end product and pleasant experience, we came home to find a generous baby gift of onesies , bibs, and wash clothes for our little guy! This is premier customer service and Sam and team will be our first call for projects moving forward.
I hired Custom Homes Building and Remodeling to update (read: completely gut and replace) a guest bathroom and replace Mexican tile in my 1950s home. Not only am I utterly ecstatic with the results, I can’t speak highly enough of the experience of doing business with CHB&R. Sam is professional, responsive, fair, courteous, and committed to making sure each project is something he can be proud to have his name on.
