Never wrote a review in my life but it’s just necessary this time !
I had the pleasure to work with every single worker in this company from Omer the representative all the way to Diana the bookkeeper.
I never felt so discussed from a service in my life !!
It’s been 10 months since I filed my taxes, They kept telling me it’s handled, never Reached out to me, You would think I’m overreacting but I called this company to more than 30 times.
Only after I called another company and they handled everything I discovered that they’ve never even filed my taxes.
An Advice from me, Work with any other company just not with them, I paid them around $1,200 for service that I never got. They told me a manager will call me back it’s been 10 months and I’m still waiting .

Terrible experience with this company. They missed every deadline, failed to communicate, and repeatedly gave false promises about when our taxes would be ready. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls led to more delays. Absolutely unprofessional—avoid at all costs!

We had a very disappointing experience with this company, which was supposed to prepare our tax filing for the IRS. I initially spoke with Irina in early October, and she provided a list of information needed from me. I gathered everything and sent it over by October 10. Irina assured me the report would be ready within a week and that she would follow up with me.
Three weeks passed, and I heard nothing. I emailed Irina, but instead of her, Omer replied. After a few more weeks of no progress, I called Martha, who promised that Omer would contact me within a week. He never did. My subsequent emails went unanswered.
I called Omer myself after several weeks, and he told me the documents would be sent for my signature and that the taxes would be finalized the following week as he had just added us to the queue. However, to my surprise, Omer later denied ever making this promise. Now, we’re being told that the taxes won’t be ready until the end of January!
Think twice before working with this company. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and do not keep their promises. Save yourself the frustration!

Dedicated CPA has exceeded our expectations and have gone above and beyond for me. I am so glad to have found Dedicated CPA after having had an awful experience with my past CPA.
