Their commitment to customer service is extraordiary! On Christmas Eve, Steve spent over 4 hours fixing and fine tuning my business computer. It is repaired, runs much faster, clean of all virus's and was done at a very reasonable price. If your computer is important to you and need it repaired right the first time at a very reasonable price, I highly recommend Economic Computers
Best Service ever! My laptop crashed over the weekend and I was desperate! Steve knew right away what happened and how to fix it! In less than 24 hours my laptop was up and running again and I didn’t lose any documents! He is The Best!! I would recommend him to everyone!
Arrived in Ft Lauderdale for vacation and my 1 year old laptop is suddenly unable to charge the battery. Here all week and have work to do, called Steve late in the day on a Saturday, left a message, and he returned the call within 15 minutes. Steve provided a thorough diagnosis within the first 2 minutes, along with a couple of DIY fixes that would likely correct the problem. I ordered a new battery on Amazon for overnight delivery, received it by Sunday morning, installed the new battery and it fixed the problem! Steve took the time to provide expert advice, and I highly recommend his services!
Steve Anderson is a lifesaver!! An update to my computer prevented me from connecting to the sites I use for business. Steve diagnosed the problem over the phone and talked me through the steps to repair. Definitely recommend Economic Computers!
