From the beginning I was in contact with Marlon who was very helpful and made sure to answer all my questions. I didn’t decide what company to go with right away but that didn’t change Marlon’s positive attitude (like the POCs I was speaking to from other companies that I won’t name). Marlon was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to reach. Once I decided to move forward with El Mago roofing, he made sure the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. My permit application was processed within two weeks after receiving HOA approval and was given updates regularly. When the start date arrived, the teams worked fast and diligently and got things done well and in a timely manner. I didn’t decide have to call Marlon a couple of times for a couple of concerns and he handled them right away. Overall my experience with El Mago was a positive one from start to finish. There were no surprise changes from the price agreed upon. I paid exactly what was agreed and I now have a new beautiful leak free roof.

I recently had my roof replaced by El Mago's Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail (thank you Isel & Karla). They helped me choose the best materials for my home, explaining the pros and cons of each option. The installation process was seamless, and they completed the work on time, without any surprises or hidden costs.

I needed some roof repairs done at my home. I called 4 different local roofers, they all agree that the best solution to my problem was to re-roof the area or do a roof recovery in the area. Another roofer also gave me an option to repaint with a special elastomeric roof paint and sealer. All four roofers gave me a different estimate price ranging from $3000-4500. I did my own research and came to the conclusion that El Mago Roofing was my best choice, he offered the roof recovery with quality GAF torch down membrane at a fair price, however i mainly chose him because he is the business owner and he is the one to came to take a look at the roof, he also has a great social media presence, so he is not afraid to show his face on social media and take on reviews, which by the way he had great reviews and he is s local business owner. The job was done as expected by our agreement, it rained for four days almost none stop after he completed the job, and everything is A ok no leaks. I will always call El Mago Roofing if i ever need roof work done. An honest family run business.
