Ferrara’s service was amazing from beginning to end. All of the technicians were very professional and helpful Jose did my quote, then Kenyon, Elois and Erik did the install. It took them longer due to the old slab that they had to replace but they did not deter them from getting the job done in one day. All were extremely nice and now I’m back to enjoying the cool air ahead of the summer. Thank you all for your excellent service and for being so thorough and professional. Highly recommend!

Jose was so knowledgable and thorough walking me through the options. Ultimately I chose a payment plan that works for my budget and I couldn’t be happier. I proactively changed out my 15 year old system to have peace of mind as the weather heats up. On install day, Erik walked me through the process before getting started and after the install was complete, again knowledgable, super courteous and thorough. Refreshing to work with polite, top notch professionals that delivered a solid product and service in our community.

A few days ago we had all our air ducts thoroughly cleaned by Ferrara's air. They were there on time, clearly knew their business, were very professional, reasonable in cost and worked clean. Hard to ask for any more. Today, we just had our first service visit from Ferrara's Technician Elois F.. We couldn't be happier - He was pleasant, professional, very competent and thorough. We will be signing a service contract and looking forward to each visit, these folks are an excellent, well run local company!

Ferrara’s air is quick and efficient! James (the technician who was sent to our home) is a lovely young man and extremely knowledgeable. Living in south Florida it’s always a good idea to have a reliable hvac company on speed dial, and I finally found one. Thanks again James & Ferrara’s. Great work.
