Company performance was just perfect for timing coordinating between their truck and our plant having crane on site for loading. Delivery went as expected, company offered tracking for complete transparency. We definitely we recommend to others and use again.

The only reason this company has two stars is because Jonathan was extremely helpful to us and stayed in constant communication, he tried hard for us. We had a container arrival and needed it to be picked up, unloaded and the crates distributed out to 5 local clients. We let them know what we needed and how we usually deliver our shipments. They assured us their team was 100% confident that they could make the deliveries their way, and went against our recommendations for how to deliver. We trusted their expertise and they requested 100% payment in advance. The result was a complete mess, as they were unable to complete our deliveries at the client destinations, and had to return their truck to the warehouse with our goods still on board. The next day we had to scramble and arrange (and pay) for a different trucker to go to their warehouse, collect our goods and distribute them properly. We are still waiting for a refund from them for the delivery portion of the payment that they did not fulfill and are getting blown off while they check there are no “other charges”! The inconvenience this has caused our company is huge, and this mess made us look so unorganized and unprofessional to our clients who had to witness the arrival and then departure of their goods without delivery, as well as the delay of doing business with them. Meanwhile they seem to be walking back their promise of a refund, we still have not received anything from them, just emails delaying the process. We managed to arrange alternative delivery options with another trucking company who helped us out and delivered quickly and successfully. I am so disappointed with this process and with the additional time, labor and unforeseen costs we incurred because we chose them to be our freight forwarder.
