Where do I even begin? It took me almost 3years to write this review bc this school traumatized and took so much from me! I was 1/5 girls of the last MA/clinical esthetician class and they screwed us every chance they got. First, I was told that I would be able to do esthetic injections “bc unlike most schools they offer a 10 month in-depth program” - lie number one of many. My first term at the school was with a woman who had never taught before, no one sat in on her classes to actually see how she was doing and we ended up teaching ourselves. When the 2 teachers that ran the program finally sat in ( bc the teacher called out) they were appalled. Nothing was done though. Then we were forced to take an esthetician class with a teacher who, as personable, and sweet as what she was, also did the bare minimum while pushing and promoting her personal classes (that you have to pay extra for even though we should have been learning them hands on in the class we already paid 20k for) the real kicker was when they stopped buying supplies for out class and fired our teachers. All of us incl our families/spouses etc emailed the OWNER of the school who flew out the next day just to fire the teachers again less than a month later. They made a bunch of promises they never kept and are still getting away with it.

A tiring and UNPLEASANT experience. Took a client here for hair service it's her 81birthday and on a fixed income. So it was in her budget. Well once we arrived felt very unwelcome. It may be at a discount but so was the attitudes WHY? And although an appointment was made it did not go any further after the phone hung up . Ending by saying. This school is training individuals to enter the beauty service industry well if the staff and instructor we encountered is an indicator of the professionalism it's a sad and ugly reality. Do better

I felt the student lacked basic skills. She didn’t really understand what a deep conditioner was. She washed my hair, but not the scalp..Then, put in conditioner & washed it out, she didn’t put me under the dryer or even let it set . Then, she tried to press my damp hair. She talked to her friends the entire time versus focusing on my hair. I felt the professionalism just wasn’t there. When I left she was already huddled with her friends ignoring the client.
