I called today to update my insurance details and to change my policy features as it is time for me to renew. My agent was a delightful young lady by the name of Kyra M. This young lady was amazing!! We all hate buying insurance and paying those prices but it is a necessary evil! My agent Kyra made my experience seamless and pleasant. Kyra, was extremely knowledgeable about insurance and how it works, she made sure I was clear on what I was buying and helped me make the best choices for me. I was very impressed and very thankful God lead me to her. What an awesome agent Flinsco has on their staff, great job!! Thank You!

Great people here. I was able to do everything over the phone and they saved me 200.00 a month. With Progressive my policy kept going up every 6 months these people took there time and found me insurance with better coverage and less money. Been with them 2 yrs now and my payments have never gone up. Have referred many family and friends and will continue to do so. Thanks to all who work here. Good customer service is hard to get these days keep up the good work.
