I recently completed the Nursing Assistant program at FVI School of Nursing and Technology, and I had a great experience! the program was fast-paced but very manageable. I appreciated how easy it was to follow along. I especially enjoyed the hands-on training, it helped me feel more confident and prepared. My instructors Ms. Gooden and Ms A were knowledgable, supportive and made learning fun. Definitely a great place to start your healthcare journey! I would highly recommend this school :D
Where do I begin!? This has to be the most pleasant group of staff I have ever encountered. My advisor Mechelle is awesome, she is so comforting and definitely wants the best for the students! Mr Mark, is amazing as well. Meeting him gave me an extra boost of motivation! Also, big shout out to Tiffany, she is not only patient and personable, but she is determined to help! Can’t forget about the financial aid advisor who is also patient and informative. I left another school that made me feel like just another number. However, I feel like I made the right decision by choosing FVI to advance my education. The process has been easy as Sunday morning!
I am extremely grateful for my experience at FVI School of Nursing. The faculty were incredibly supportive and created a learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance. The clinical rotations were invaluable, providing me with hands-on experience in various specialties and helping me solidify my understanding of nursing theory. How can I forget about the financial aid department…. What a wonderful team, The assistance that Reeshma provided made it possible for me to focus on my studies and work towards my degree. They have so many different options to help with financial assistance.
If you're reading this, it's a sign that you should begin your career in the healthcare field and that FVI School of Nursing is the right place. To begin, I can say that it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Last year, I began the Medical Assistant Program, and the entire process has been rewarding. Since I began the process with the help of Ana Bandera, an excellent and very professional person who explains everything related to the program in a simple and straightforward manner, in a matter of days, everything was ready to begin. The program is very well structured and focused on training you as a well-prepared medical assistant and helping you to pass the exams to obtain the NRCEKG, NRCMA, and NRCPT certifications. It includes online and laboratory classes, covering all aspects of the program as well as the support of Vanesa and Alessandra, the career service team, who will assist you once the time comes to complete your externship. The teachers are the best part. I was fortunate to have the best: Professor Dr. Rolando Perez. If you come with the idea of ​​learning, then you've found the right teacher. His classes are 100% participatory, so you won't finish the class with any doubt and best of all, you can always count on his help; he will simply push you to go far. Professor Nina, she is a box of surprises; you'll love having her as a teacher; she makes you feel safe and confident that you'll achieve your goals. And then there's Miss Daisy. A whole day wouldn't be enough to explain how grateful I am to have had her. She is not just a master of her subjects but an inspiration to all who have the privilege of learning from her. She's like a mother who wants to see you fulfill your dreams, and believe me, she'll do everything in her power to make you achieve them. So, FVI School of Nursing and Technology is not just a school, it's a home.
Dr. Davila, Thank you so much for all your help and support this semester. I saw the immense effort and input you dedicated to ensuring our success, and I truly appreciate all your hard work and the accommodations you made for us regarding assignment submissions. You have shown me that I made the right choice in selecting this school to study nursing. Your dedication demonstrates that the professors here genuinely care about the students and that we are not just a number. Professor Cortes, Thank you so much for all your help and support this semester. When I first started the ENG1101 class this semester, I was scared out of my mind, but you made this class very enjoyable. You challenged all the students to become a better version of themselves. I looked forward to coming to your class every Wednesday evening. Thank you for bringing the energy and the knowledge to the class every week. I'm going to miss this class, and hopefully, you are teaching another class in the program. You have shown me that I made the right decision selecting this school to study nursing. Your dedication and support helped demonstrate that the professors at this university care about each and every student and want us to succeed and pass the program.
