I’ve been looking for a reliable vehicle service center in my area for some time. My truck was in need of immediate service and Great Bear Automotive was highly recommended. I immediately had my truck towed to their service center and was provided a reasonable quote with 10-15 minutes. The service center was busy, so my immediate thought was a couple of days to get the service I needed on my truck. Well I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call within 3 hours that the work was completed and I could pickup my truck before closing one.
I’m excited to have found my new service center and I appreciate to high level of customer service received by Juanita , whom was super professional and considerate while my concerned state of mind throughout my situation. I would highly recommend Great Bear Automotive to everyone.

I visited Great Bear Automotive to have my car Volvo battery replaced, and they did a great job! The service was efficient, and everything is working perfectly now. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for reliable car service!

I have been coming here for over a year now. I run a company and have several cars in my fleet. I deal with Lenny all the time. He makes everything so seamless. Here's the thing this may not be the least expensive place to go, but I can tell you that is is the most honest and reputable mechanic I have ever delt with. I have had fleet cars for over 25 years and delt with hundreds of mechanics, its always a crap shoot. I found Great Bear and Lenny and have been nothing short of impressed. Super friendly, great customer service, and above all they just tell you what the deal is and let you make the choice from there, They don't push, they just advise you what they think is the best course of action and you move froward from there. It's real, it's honest, and it's trust worthy. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Go see Lenny he will get you on the road safe and sound.

This is a great auto repair shop with the nicest people in Weston. Ms. Juanita and other people in the office were always so kind to help me！
I had them fixed my Tesla front shield just 2 weeks ago and damaged it the other day. They helped me fixing it without the extra charge. I really appreciate their professional work and kindness！

I meant to write this a while ago. The service here is top notch. I had spoken to someone the day before about my daughter's car, and she told me to bring it in first thing in the morning. As I drove up, she was waiting for me. She had not been feeling well but went in that morning just to make sure she did good on the promise she made to get me in and out quickly. And they did. Thank you for your professionalism!!!
