The scheduling was great. The work was done on time. The two new air conditioners are in my two apartments and working perfectly. The guys were friendly and courteous and cleaned up everything when they were finished so I have nothing bad to say about this experience!

The from the first call for service. I needed a new unit and they offered the proper solutions. The customer service is awesome. The installation team was most excellent ( including the owner) and I am overall very pleased with everything.

HI-VAC has been maintaining my a/c unit for many years now. Excellent service, easy to schedule service and the technician is availability is great. I recently had a new a/c unit installed. It was the day after the technician outlined the issues with my old unit (10 yrs old and the compressor was about to go out) vs purchasing a new one. The sales person came by the same day and I decided to go ahead and get a new one. The installation went well and they did a great job.

My 10 year old Air conditioning gave up. I searched around for quotes and the prices were crazy. I got lucky i stopped at the gas station in sunrise and i saw one of the HI-VAC trucks. Got the contact information. Same day Joseph DiCresce showed up to my home. He explained in detail all our options. Very honest and helpful. We got a new AC system installed for a really good price. My electric bill literally is now half of what it was before. After it was done Joseph followed up with a visit and verified everything. Thank you HiVAC and Joseph!
