Excellent care by the whole staff. Check in was a breeze. The lady that checked me in even helped me with a Medicare issue. The RN was so so kind and helpful. The PA really gave me a look over and was very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you all. And be safe on your scooters as I wrecked again on my way home and ended up in the hospital. I'm fine now.

Very helpful. Not a long wait. Saw a nurse AND A doctor. My appt was at 11::00 and I was out by 11:50. Amazing. If I went to ER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 10 hours! I highly recommend this Urgent Care for non emergency medical issues. The women at desk were super nice even after a totally rude man was yelling at one of them. Very professional people there.

I was very pleased with this walk-in facility. The front desk found my account with HC and check process was simple. The staff and Doctor worked as a team being thorough to address all my issues. They explained each step they were administering and what I should expect to monitor my progress. Good job!

I found Holy Cross Urgent Care through my insurance portal. It takes a lot for me to go see a doctor, so needless to say I was a little nervous. I showed up a few minutes before 8am on Sunday and they opened right away. I must say that this was perhaps the nicest doctor visit I have ever experienced. From the reception, to the nurses and to the doctor who saw me... everyone was so nice and so professional from the moment I walked in until I left. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were thorough in their examination of me and actually took the time to discuss the best way to proceed even so far as to show me pictures about what to expect and when I would need to come back. They handled my insurance and paperwork with zero drama. Plus they actually called today to see how I was doing! I am beyond impressed. I love it when I am able to learn lessons about how much first (and lasting) impressions mean for my own businesses. Thank you to everyone there who genuinely cared for me and my issue as if it was as important to them as it was to me.

Every thing worked fine. The registration procedure went smoothly. I took a seat and wait my turn. My name was called and the nurse showed me to the exam room and took my vitals and the reason for my visit. She left to share the information with the doctor and said he would be in shortly. The doctor arrived and conducted further examination and made a diagnosis. He then wrote a prescription for medication and said he would contact the pharmacy. I then thanked him and left the facility. This concluded my visit. Everyone was professional and polite and preformed well. I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone needing urgent medical care.
