We just had a re-roofing project completed with Hyer Roofing. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Brian, the owner, was very responsive with supplying us with quotes. Erika was very helpful answering questions and keeping us updated. They started with a big crew and worked a long day even through periods of rain. The entire job was completed in 3 days! We were very pleased with the pricing and workmanship and would highly recommend this company.
Hyer roofing was recommended to me by a friend who knows them both personally and professionally. I requested a quote which was provided for me within a a day or two. I was surprised by the reasonable price and also happy to commit to Hyer for the job. Immediately after accepting the offer and paying a small down payment, the company began working with me on which tiles I would choose so that the materials could be ordered. This was so important to me because I voiced really wanting to have the project completed before Fla hurricane season 2024 was in full swing. We went over the HOA requirements and Erica from Hyer did her research finding that many of the HOA approved choices were either discontinued or were on a very long waitlist. We decided to choose a color pattern that I liked and run it by my HOA with proper documentation and see if we could get it approved. Erica did all the leg work to get the documents together needed for my HOA approval process. With her help, we got the approval for the project and Erica immediately then began work on getting the city permitting process done. Within a couple of days of the city permit approval, Hyer began working on my house and the project was done in under 10 days. It would have been done even faster if it hadn’t been for so many afternoons of thunderstorms. The whole process was really painless. The workers were very professional and cleaned up each day as if they were not even there. I highly recommend Hyer Quality Roofing if you are in the market for a new roof. They were awesome, not a single complaint from me and roof looks amazing. Several of my neighbors have asked for their info to get quotes of their own. Sidenote: Everyone told me I would need new gutters after the roof project, but to my surprise, the Hyer guys didn't damage my gutters during the removal process and put them back just as they were!
A 6 STAR JOB! I had 25 contractors come out to bid the job on my home and from the minute I met Brian I had a gut feeling we would be working together. I can say without any doubt that choosing Hyer Roofing was the best decision I could have made and that you will feel the same after working with them. If not for Google limiting us, they'd get the extra credit gold star! From start to finish these guys are PROS. They let me observe the entire job first-hand, and when a big item came up and I gave them the green light to fix it, they had it done in record time and re-built much better than it was before. Every single inch of termite-rotted wood was replaced and I can now say with 100% confidence that my roof is solid and ready to go another 50 years. Brian even offered me some tips during the job to make sure the wood lasts that long and I followed his advice. I was impressed not only by the quality of the work performed, but by the sheer speed of his crew. They promised a job in under a week and were done in just over 3 days. The guys did a great job cleaning up the site after. The permit was approved without any questions and I now have a leak-free home again. The shingles look amazing and Brian knew how to do the job while saving me money without sacrificing an ounce of quality. I sincerely could not be happier. Thank you Brian and your incredible crew for making my house whole again! I'll be sure to recommend you to anyone I know in the area who needs roof repairs!

Hyer put a new roof on my house just prior to hurricane Wilma passing over my house. No damage. Now in 2024 they are replacing it again. They started on time and worked a long day. They cleaned the site before leaving each day. The workers were careful with my house, yard and plantings. Very nice job and we are quite satisfied with the work that was done. I would use them again.
