After 4 trips to this clinic, I have decided to raise my review. Initially, I had one star due to the clinic being closed early, but after 2 outstanding experiences being treated, I give this urgent care an exceptional review. Without getting into personal medical details, I can attest that the doctor and the staff went above and beyond to treat me and assist me with a complicated set of symptoms. I even received a follow-up call from the doctor to go over test results, providing me with extra insight and answering all my questions. I am impressed, and this is the Urgent Care I will recommend and, if need be, would return to.
We are greeted promptly by their friendly staff. The physician assistant was thoughtful for my son’s needs and gave us options for medications whether it be a shot, oral or nebulizer. She was empathetic, professional and explained everything to us. I would used this facility again.
Highly recommend!!!! Kind, caring and informative staff. We were able to see a doctor within 15 mins. Being from out of state, they were out of network for our insurance. They specified what everything would cost beforehand. Very grateful for their service!
