I've worked with a few different ladies at the Jackson Hewitt office in Oakland Park, FL and they are phenomenal. They are very well versed in their jobs, they explain everything that they are doing and help you get the best refunds possible. This has been a pleasant experience for me over the last few years that I've used JH and I plan to continue to use them.

Jackson Hewitt tax services are great, the customer service with my tax agent Gita was great. She's knowledgeable and she make everything easy for me to understand. I had a great experience.

I love the personnel at that site they are wonderful. Timings Green was extremely helpful with all questions I had and my concerns. I was 100% happy and satisfied all personal was very friendly. I will go there every single year to do my taxes and I suggest everyone should as well. You will be so happy you did. Love to all enjoy your day

This is my third year coming to this Jackson Hewitt location because I love the quiet atmosphere and the laid back workers especially Ms. Yolanda. She’s very educated about her work and what she’s doing. I can ask her any question no matter how much questions I ask her she’s willing to help me by answering them all with out an attitude. Ms. Yolanda is very well educated which made it easier for me to understand and clarify any problems I have. Thanks so much, keep up the great work.
