Just exchanged a bracelet here and Eric was super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond! He greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in and was fantastic the whole way through. I very much appreciate the service he provided and treated me as an individual, not just another customer. Thank you!! 🙏
Also, Fareh steam-cleaned two necklaces and two bracelets for me and I don’t remember them ever being so sparkly, shiny and beautiful! She was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!! 🙏
