We just had a hybrid water heater installed and it went great. They arrived at the time they stated, were very professional and explained and helped me set up the app to control it. I hired John the plumber for my salon and they exceeded my expectations! They have the best customer service! I had them install new shampoo bowls and the ones i had came broken but they went out of their way to get the parts i needed and get the job done just in time for me to run for business the next day! The receptionist are the sweetest and answered all of my questions clearly! Highly recommend!

Bladimir was great. He had to cap off a gas line. He explained it to me and told me the price upfront and was able to take care of it immediately. I will definitely use John the plumber again. I feel they are very fair in their pricing and it was easy to get a prompt appointment.

I have used JtP before when I had a water main leak emergency, they were great but pricey. This time I had another very straightforward problem: clogged main sewage line. It needed to be snaked, access is from the single-story roof. Simple. They politely refused to give me even a ball-park estimate over the phone, the technician would give it to me before any work was done. Carl arrived, he was terrific and very professional. Then he gave me a price $200 more than another service est. over the phone. I thanked Carl and said no, I can't do that. He understood, but he had no ability to match the quote or even try to bring the price down.
I give JtP 4 stars for their prompt service and professionalism, and I know they do good work. But their prices are too high! If they would provide an estimate (or at least a range) over the phone for standard services (I know it can change upon inspection of the problem), it would have saved both of us some time and effort. I would call them in an emergency, but there are other good options around for much lower costs.

From the start I was impressed by reading the historical origins of the company called, JOHN THE PLUMBER. Then I was further impressed that I could back up my after hours service call with an online request for service form. Not even out of bed yet, and I received a call from the office, confirming my service call and gathering additional information. I was informed that my service call is scheduled for between 9 am and 1 pm. I received 2 additional calls during the morning, informing me of , my assigned technicians' name, (Shane) and his progress to my location. Shane was super professional, and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. I was delighted that Shane was able to
quickly solve my plumbing problem for a very reasonable charge, but what impressed me the most was the care he took to clean up after himself when the job was done. With so much competition out there, I am so happy I landed with JOHN THE PLUMBER, a truly first class operation.
