I did my research, and talked to friends of mine who were also looking for a new roof. Some of us made the right decision and chose Kairos Roofing. Matt, their sales rep, was very thorough and went over all of the fine details. His presentation is what convinced me to go with Kairos. After that, the communications was excellent between Yani and the project supervisor, Mike. We were all in a group chat. All my questions and concerns were addressed and they worked within the guidelines of the HOA and the city of Coral Springs. Kairos, also knew about, and assisted with paperwork, so I could qualify for the My Safe Florida Home assistance. Most of all, the quality of the roof and materials, the speed of installation, and all the follow up communications, convinced me I made the right choice! My other friends were equally happy with their installations. Kairos Roofing, is the real deal and competitively priced, give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

The process was very smooth and Maria , the site manager was excellent. The workers were very respectful on the job and efficient. We did not have any hiccups. The price was stated up front and the contract was easy to understand.
This was my & my husband's first roof ever to replace and I would highly recommend Kairos Roofing.

Thank you to the entire team at Kairos Roofing! We are loving our new roof. Everyone at Kairos took amazing care of us… Sales Manager Evan, Project Manager Yani, Construction Manager Mike, the office staff, and the magnificent guys on the roof. Our questions were answered right away, they made us aware of every step in the process and you could tell everyone took pride in their work. We interviewed several companies before we started our project, so glad we went with Kairos! I would definitely recommend letting Kairos take care of your roofing project.

My experience from start to finish with Kairos was exceptional. My sales guy Tylore really worked with me and getting the best price for what I needed and getting the initial steps set up for me. Once the project started my project manager Andy and construction manager Eric were extremely helpful and made sure to immediately address any issues I had during the process. A roof replacement is a stressful and expensive project and Kairos made the whole process as seamless as possible. Highly recommended to anyone in South Florida! These guys are the best! 5/5 stars

Kairos is a complete 5star company to work with. From Evan(salesman), Maria(project coordinator)to both Eric's. They did a fantastic job and delivered on everything they promised. We have had many compliments since finished. We were very impressed on tear-off day the way they covered all plants, side yards and backyard with a black, fine, mesh material so nails and roofing would not get in the grass. Every one of their workers did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. Just so impressed as this is the first roof I ever replaced on a house. Thank you Kairos Team !!!!!
