Keisha was outstanding!! She went above & beyond to provide my husband & I with an unforgettable experience. We came in to get our rings customized but we really wanted them back in time for my birthday which was a week away. Even though the wait time is usually longer Keisha ensured us that she would try her endeavor best to get it back in time & she did!! But please understand even if she wasn’t able to get it back in time her customer service alone was good enough for us to ensure we will be coming back to this location!! 💕💕💕

Troy the salesman at the Pembroke Pines Mall store, was very helpful and so patient. He showed us different varieties of jewelry as my mother kept changing her mind. My mother and I love our new necklace and bracelet sets.
