It has been months and months since we have called and emailed about the issues we have had with the cemetery. Once they are done with the section and fill it up, they move onto a new section and have the old section be forgotten and unkept. this is absolutely outrageous. They act like they care and respond to reviews like they're going to help and then they never even get back to you on an email and if they do, it's just all lies about they will send it up to the higher ups and nothing ever gets done.
The staff was very supportive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I had a lot of questions because the arrangements had been preplanned 20 years before by the deceased. Everything turned out very nicely at the service.
There are no words I can describe how pleased I was with Kraeer Funeral Home. From the funeral director, Hannah Zylka, the service and reception setting staff, the catering and the overall support provided during such a difficult time. I have received so many comments and compliments how warm and inviting my husband Celebration of Life was fulfilled. Again, thank you for all the professionalism and kindness of everyone at Kraeer.
When my mom passed, everyone at Kraeer FH, has been amazing. A HUGE thanks to NATE and staff for making sure my mom was given first class treatment and the dignity she deserves and would want from the minute she got there. When we viewed her in person, she looked beautiful and just like herself. Thank you again for making this awful part of life bearable ❤️I know my mom would approve ❤️
Firstly, my apologies for my late response to this survey. As you can imagine, losing a loved one requires time to process and time to accept that your loved one is truly gone. The staff was excellent! The funeral director called to introduce himself and walked me through the entire process. He also called afterwards to check on us and to again convey his condolences. They made my sister look like a Princess and we felt like we were the only client they had. We could not have chosen a better funeral home for our sister. They ensured that our sister left this life in "Dignity". Thank you!
