I had my 1.6 million dollar home reroofed by Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal. I want everyone to be aware of the quality of the work and craftsmanship that they have brought to my home. I contracted with Latite on September 24, 2021. Latite tore off my old roof in mid March and they got their final inspection the end of June. That is 3 1/2 months with my roof torn apart. I complained non-stop to Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal about the workmanship of the reroof for months. Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal has completely ignored ALL of my complaints. Latite has now completed their final reroof permit inspections with the City of Coral Springs, the permit is now closed. These are the photos of my completed roof from Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, this is what I have received for my $87,000.00. When I shopped for a roofing company to reroof my home, I found Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal. I only saw the beautiful and perfect roof photos that Latite prominently displayed on their websites and social media. Re-enforcing these beautiful photos are Latite slogans that read "SETTING THE STANDARD IN ROOFING, While Building Lasting Relationships" or "committed to excellence in roofing and complete customer satisfaction" I never saw a single photo from Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal with the quality of workmanship that has been done on my home. If I had seen photos of roofs with the workmanship that is on my home, I would never have hired or even considered Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal to reroof my home. Then view the photos of my finished Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal roof and their workmanship. This is what Latite has actually delivered. I trusted Latite Roofing because they have been in business for over 75 years. I trusted them because they claimed to be committed to excellence in roofing and complete customer service. You see the photos of my new roof. I no longer trust Latitie Roofing. Would you?
I spent a lot of time searching for the right company to do my roofing needs. You see, my entire roof needed to be replaced, it was heavily damaged by Irma back in 2017. From start to finish each of the individuals working on my roof were experienced professionals, and truly the very best at what they did. All you really need to know is that if they say it can be done, It Will Be Done Right! I am happy to share with you my new roof!!
I have been very unhappy with Latite Roofing. The person who is supposed to be my contact person does not return my phone calls. I have had several incorrect billing statements but accounting has never called me back to get things straightened out. The salesperson has been rude when I called with problems. I am hoping that this posting will motivate someone who cares about me as a client to call me. I DID NOT get a call back after receiving a reply that I would be called back. I am hoping that this posting will motivate someone who cares about me as a client to call me. I had an immediate post back saying I would be called back. It is now 5 days since I put in this post. They have erased the original response to my posting. They have me blocked from adding another post. I think my original post was 4/11/2024. Today is 4/16/2024. I never received a phone call, nor an email, nor any type of response. It is painful to be in this position.
We use them for Commerical roof repairs when installing new roof top equipment on our projects. Once work is scheduled we never worry about them being there or changing the day last minute. They are reliable and professional in every aspect of dealing with Latite Roofing. Any issues are always quickly resolved. Definitely our “go to” roofer.
This is a fantastic roofing company. We called them recently, because we had a little dark spot appear on our ceiling on the second floor...and the spot got bigger after a rain storm. That's never good. We contacted Latite to come out and inspect for what we thought was a roof leak. They were able to come out the next day to find out what was going on. When the gentleman got here to inspect, he was very professional and friendly. He went up in to the attic and confirmed that there was a leak, and they could fix it. He gave us the estimate, we signed it, and he took it back to the shop. We were able to schedule the repairs for the following Monday. This was great, because it was less than a week to wait! We were told that the roofers would arrive at our house between 8a and 10a to fix the leak. The two roofers showed up on Monday morning at 8am sharp! One of the gentlemen went up into the attic to confirm where the leak was located, and then they got to work. They were done in about 3 hours. The next day, we had a huge rain storm again (it's summertime in Florida), and we could not hear any dripping water where the roof had been fixed. Also, the dark spot on the ceiling didn't get any bigger. We received the paperwork and 1-year warranty via email a couple of days later. Whenever we have any roofing issues, we will definitely call Latite. They are responsive, the prices are good, and they do great work. I highly recommend this company!
