Honestly have to say that Brad was absolutely amazing!!! we were referred to him by a close family friend who advised us he was really good at what he did. we did not have the best credit and not much money saved so other mortgage brokers had been very negative and not so willing to help, not brad! he worked with us every step of the way to get us where we needed to be to make our dream of owning a home a reality. We are extremely grateful for him, he truly went above and beyond and we’re looking forward to working with him again when we purchase our next home

Closed on our new home in less than 20 days thanks to Brad!! I was recommended to Brad Singer and I am so glad I was! My husband and I were in a tough spot when I found out my family and I needed to move from the home we were renting. We had less than 30 days to move from our home which was nearly impossible to do, but Brad was so helpful and made sure he was clear with the information we needed to provide and was helpful in getting that into underwriting quickly. Amazingly enough we closed on our home with a conventional 97/3 loan in less than 20 days! I would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to purchase a new home and close when promised!
