It was our first contact with Lindstrom A/C & Plumbing. The technician showed up on time. He was polite and explained what he was checking. He identified a couple of issues, one of which he was not equipped to resolve. He was able to schedule another Technician the following morning at 8AM. The second Technician was timely and polite. He quickly resolved the remaining issue from the day before. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Lindstrom.

We are proud customers of Lindstrom. Our first time was getting a water heater installed last year. Everything went great.
Today, I had the pleasure of meeting, William, from Lindstrom to help out with a clog with our dishwasher. He is very knowledgeable and informed me in detail the situation and all my options. He was able to complete the job and resolve the issue. Very nice person to talked to and connect with. He definitely made an impression for when we need service again for anything else. I will be recommending Lindstrom to any friends and family, the experience and service from Will was top-notch.

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony from Lindstrom, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He did an excellent job installing new washing machine valves in my home. Had our bi-annual check today. The tech was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. Took a lot of pictures both of the work he did and different readings so they could be used at a later date for comparison to help diagnose future issues before they occur. The piece if mind from this service is well worth the cost.

I am experiencing very bad customer service. I replaced 2 new AC unit within the last 2 years and also have annual maintenance contract with this company. One of the new unit has a leak, a technician repaired it. It leaked again this January, this time one part needs to be replaced. However, the company is charging us $191 for diagnosing the problem, and it should be covered under warranty. I paid. There was no estimated time of part arriving. 10 days later, the the part arrived, then a different technician performed the repair and find out that it is a wrong part. He ordered the new part. There is no estimated arrival time for the part again. It has being getting really hot, so the technician put in a request for a Portable AC for the next day. I called the office asking for more unit, so my son can get cool air in his room. My request was denied the next day. Now it is Saturday, I am on the phone with a manager, who later says she is the supervisor asking for Portable AC again. I explained to her they made a mistake and I need help getting thru till the new part arrives. She denied the request again. Alternatively, I also asked if she can authorize adding refrigerant for the meantime for the unit to cool down, and I should not have to pay for the $100+ per lb. She also refused. I asked what can she offer to help me, and she said nothing at this point. She does not have the authority to authorize anything. She will ask the service manager to call me on Monday so I can address my complain about ordering the wrong part. I understand mistake happens in all industry and business. I am upset that the business did not take responsibility and take care my family after mistake happened. There was no offering any solution. I told the supervisor that I would like to speak with a manager who can make decision and offer solutions to a better customer service.
