First time using Lindstrom. Well, let me tell you how impressed I am with Lindstrom. The exceptional service started with my initial call to inquire about having a couple things checked out with my home AC. I think her name was Rachel 🤷♂️, regardless of name, the courtesy, friendliness, knowledgeable and just overall a great experience. To my great surprise, they work 7 days a week at no additional charge during regular business hours. They were able to schedule (my needs) only 4 days later for a Sunday, I choose between 10-12. 10 am promptly, Mark, the tech was at my door. His friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and understanding of my concerns were completely outstanding. Didn't feel rushed at all. Overall outstanding experience with Lindstrom AC. Will definitely be my new AC company. Thank you!

I definitely recommend Lindstrom!!! Our service technician took time to explain everything to me. I signed up for an annual contract and today's visit was credited to the plan. Also, it gave me 15% off of a new UV light system to keep any biological growth at a minimum inside the HVAC system. Check out the before & after photos. I feel confident that this new light system will keep everything clean throughout our home!

Technician broke our Calusia Fence because walking around was too difficult. His excuse was that we needed to cut it back anyways, which we understand but it is a fence and cutting it back would not cause a gap in the fence..the cut back would only be by the what is too close to the units…it took 2 years for it to fill out and look good. Another tech that came out had no issues getting to the units without destroying our property.

Lindstrom and the entire team, including service techs, have been great since day 1! We had an issue last year - the house we bought had an inspection and the A/C unit passed no problem. Three days before we moved in, and two weeks after closing, the old A/C died! We called Lindstrom and they were here the next day, installing a new A/C uni the following day! AMAZING! It's been over a year since then, and the service has been great!
