Marcela Montoya Remodeling recently did an entire renovation on our condo and the end result turned out better than we hoped. We were miles away in another state during the renovation and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. Marcela is incredibly detail oriented and is very responsive. She kept the project on track and within budget. She helped us pick finishes that were in stock and at the right price point. She sent us weekly updates and pictures so we were well informed of the progress each week despite being miles away. She constantly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We truly can’t say enough positive things about our experience and we highly recommend Marcela and her crew to anyone looking to do a renovation.

Renovating a bathroom is not a fun job. However, you want to be able to communicate and feel confident that you’re receiving sound advice. Marcela thoroughly listens, gives expert advice. The team working with her have been together for years, and they delivered! Marcela directed us to tile and hardware options in our price point, she ensured work was completed early (!), and once everything was completed, she ensured quality was delivered. Again, communication is key. Photos of the progress were sent on a weekly basis and Marcela was always available to discuss. Any small issues that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently either by Marcela herself or by Ginny, her project manner.
Overall, professionalism and perfection are the two words that best summarize Marcela Montoya Remodeling.

Having put off the renovation of my two-bedroom condo for several years due to the lack of finding a reputable contractor, Marcela was the answer to my prayers. She was pleasure to deal with from beginning to end, making great recommendations and exceeding all my expectations. Her team is made up of highly skilled professionals, who excel in their area of expertise. Quite simply Marcela is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable about construction and design. We did a complete remodel and expansion of our master bathroom and are very happy with the end product. Marcela was there every step of the way. Not only did we come in under budget and on time it is even better than we expected. Her crew was polite, calm, and professional. They arrived on time everyday and did not sit around or curse or act in an inappropriate way. We would not hesitate to recommend MMR to our friends and family and will definitely use her services again in the future.

Marcela was great to work with. Discussed a bath to shower conversion and it was above expectations. The design and workmanship are superior. Marcela and her crew are extremely particular and the work is done correctly, cleanly and on schedule. Very happy at our choice and would certainly use Marcela again and gladly recommend the work.
