I have a very good experience with Chef Alicia Bass.
I’ve learned a lot because I had the chance to work mostly alone. Chef Alicia also taught us how to better manage our time when preparing multiple baked goods , and most importantly she helped us believe in our potential. At the end of the class we did some wonderful works.
I added some pictures! One of them (the island cake) is my final project…
Highly recommended

I joined my son for a tour on the college campus today; words cannot explain how amazing of an experience it was. The professors were lively and genuinely cared about their job. The students were all deeply invested in their work and some would even offer their perspective of their class. The receptionist was both very genuine and professional. Miss Franzie Williams went above and beyond during this tour to help my son decide on his field of study, even backtracking at the end of the tour just to show him another option. Most importantly, every question was answered with ease and this was the smoothest experience I could've asked for. If I could give a higher rating, I would.

The digital photography course possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in this field. My experience with them so far has been incredibly inspiring, especially since I recently changed careers. Initially, I had some reservations based on other people's experiences with different instructors. However, if you are seeking guidance in camera techniques and studio work, I highly recommend taking the photography course taught by Mrs. Danielle. She is a seasoned professional who will readily assist you without hesitation. Rest assured that no question will be left unanswered as she adheres to the belief of "ask and you shall receive." I’ve learned a lot and with a few short months ahead of me for completion, I’d say this was a wise decision.

I wouldn’t recommend this school if you’re considering it. The only real pros are the low cost and flexibility, but they are extremely unorganized, and the administration is not helpful at all. There aren’t enough supplies, so projects that should take two weeks end up taking three months. The only time you get a response is when it’s about money—anything else, forget it. They sell you dreams, but in the end, you’ll be left with nightmares. Don’t waste your time here.

I think it was very rare to find people that will help support your dreams. Luckily I found Ms. McColgin when I took digital photography about 2 years ago. I started off as a person who didn’t know anything about the camera world and now I do thanks to her. If it wasn’t for her ambition and leadership, I would not have been able to take on actual photography jobs and be more social. The amount of different areas I got to photograph, such as: Retirement, studio, wedding and maternity, etc; I was really grateful that she showed how to interact with the camera and with the guests that are there. You really don’t know what you want your niche in Photography to be until you shoot the different aspects there like I did. I’m so proud to not only call her a teacher, but a mother and friend to me. :)
