My partner was feeling bad and symptoms seemed to be getting worse so we ran over to GetMed Urgent Care. The staff was great and very attentive getting us right in to see the doctor.

Front desk representative could be a little more enthusiastic. Once getting in the exam room the individual asking you the questions was a little sarcastic but I can take that. The female doctor thought was remarkable. Though they couldn’t find out what was wrong with me I can’t complain that they don’t have the appropriate tools to diagnose me. Wait time less than 15-25 mins due to them closing. Thank you to the staff for their assistance or lack of.

My 5 stars are solely based on my interactions with the doctor. The front desk staff and medical assistant were efficient enough but lacking in the customer service area and are not personable. Definitely didn’t make me feel comfortable when I came in, but the doctor changed that. I get the I’m just here for a check vibe, or maybe they were having a bad day not sure but we are all human and entitled to one or two.

This is THE BEST MD NOW, the BEST URGENT CARE in Florida. Never before have I felt this satisfied with a medical clinic. Price is perfect, staff is amazing, doctors are passionate about their patients.
Dr. E. Joseph Jacinthe is an angel, he spent so much time with my partner and I discussing treatment, and actually opened a dialog with us. We spoke together with no judgment, never before has a doctor actually cared about me like Dr. Joseph. I felt comfortable to speak with him about all my issues. These doctors here care and will talk to you and help you find out whats wrong.
If your looking for an urgent care, I URGENTLY RECOMMEND THIS MD NOW!! I wish I could use you guys as my primary care facility!

I've had my fair share of visits to medical clinics, doctor offices, and urgent cares, but nothing compares to the service, professionalism, and compassion I have received from GetMed Urgent care.
As I walked into the Clinic, I was kindly greeted by the staff. The receptionist got me checked in quickly and before I even pulled out my phone to play games (thinking I would have to be in the waiting room for an hour), I was taken to an exam room. The MA did my vitals and no sooner did the PA come in to examine me. The staff at GetMed is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, and understanding. The provider took her time explaining the procedure, risk factors, and even addressed other medical questions I had. You don't find service like that in today's hectic doctor offices.
The visit, while very thorough was also quick and easy. I was able to get my antibiotics right there in their office which saved me the hassle of a visit to the pharmacy. This is truly a one stop shop for excellent medical care. I recommend GetMed Urgent Care to everyone who is in need of quick, fast, reliable medical attention.
