As I entered the establishment, I was greeted with an immediate, "Hello, how can I help you?" The attendant asked if I had been there before so that she could check me in. I told her yes, but I did not remember when. I needed to re-register, and Valerie offered to complete my registration because my right arm was handicapped.
She made me feel special and attended to my every need as though I had paid for concierge services. Everyone was friendly, professional, and greeted me with a smile that radiated through their eyes, faces, and body language. The warmth was genuine.
Great job finding the right people to care for patients when they need tender care the most. Well done! And thank you.

I just had an excellent experience! First of all, it was easy to make appointment online and complete my paperwork before going. They had an immediate opening so I jumped in the car and went right over. All I had to do there was hand them my driver license and I didn’t have to wait long. There was a steady stream of patients coming and going which made me feel like people trusted this place and that personnel were efficient. The receptionist was not nice, but she did her job of checking me in fine. The nurse and the doctor were both wonderful! Each of them were warm and professional. They did their jobs with genuine joy and did not make me feel rushed, though very efficient in getting me in and out. The doctor made a good diagnosis and suggested some at-home remedies in addition to calling in some meds to help me at my usual pharmacy and sending me home with everything in writing so I could refer back to what he’d told me. If you find yourself needing some medical attention, this is the place to go.

Do not go here!!! Horrible customer service. Zero bedside manner. Receptionist refused to offer help to two elderly couples who were having difficulty filling out the electronic registration forms. On top of it I waited an hour before being called into a room only to be told they had 4 more patients ahead of me to be seen. I was specifically told the wait would not be long. They also took a patient in who came in after me without an appointment!! Save yourself the time and aggravation. STAY AWAY!!

I was so grateful for this place and the people who worked there…especially on New Year’s Day. Nurse Lexi was fantastic as well as (the PA) Courtney. They were so kind and got me out of discomfort. The place was immaculate and I was in and out in less than an hour!

Every single person in the office was delightful pleasant kind and helpful everyone had a smile, and they were quick and efficient too! Which is what we really need from an urgent care. Outstanding outstanding outstanding!
