I'm convinced 90% of these doctors have no idea what they're doing. Don't get me wrong the staff is very nice and doctors as well. I came in, explained my symptoms and the doctor ruled out two things. I told him I was in pain and he said if it gets worse come back. So it did, and I did... I basically diagnosed myself and for some reason had to pay for another visit. Can you explain why if the doctor decides not to treat my issue and it gets worse I have to pay for another visit? 1/2 a star just because the staff is nice.

Nice clinic, loved the medical staff, but receptionist (when I arrived)was lacking basic customer service, and everything she said sounded like my basic questions were too much trouble and were putting her out. Your first "customer moment of truth" was disappointing today. Again, med staff really great, friendly, wanting to help. People come not feeling well, and it would be appreciated if frontdesk person was like the great, caring lady who was there at 2:30, when I left.

The young lady at the front was awesome and polite. It took longer than I expected. I was there about 3:45 and I got out about after 6. Luckily it wasn’t broken but pulled muscle. Everyone was polite but it could’ve been a little less time waiting. The reason we choose not to go to the hospital was because of the time wait

The whole staff was courteous and professional. I witnessed a few interactions with "difficult" patients and the front desk associates were professional, positive, and showed a willingness to help. The doctor was thorough and had a very calming energy and the X-ray tech was so bubbly and efficient. Very happy with the whole interaction despite being in physical discomfort.

I have visited here on different occasions in the past and it was always a pleasurable experience (even when I'm feeling down!) During this visit, the two young ladies behind the desk were both helpful and kind. My visit was quick and efficient, and both the assistant and doctor listened to my needs and concerns and addressed them thoroughly.
