I just got back from Urgent care and l had to write my experience. I had many visits at urgent care and they have always been good. Today l had Ms.Tasha taken care of me and she is excellent she is kind and sweet. She made me feel so comfortable. The Dr. was also excellent and Professional. I highly recommend this urgent care downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

First off the staff here is Top Tier! The two lovely ladies upfront helped me so much and was so very nice to me. They were polite and answered all the questions I had with a beautiful smile. I went in with chronic knee pain. The doctor also was nice as well.

I’ve never been a big fan of urgent care facilities, but after my experience with MD Now of Fort Lauderdale, I have definitely changed my opinion. I was seen within 30 minutes of my arrival by an extremely efficient, caring nurse and doctor. Both put me at ease, were friendly and understanding of my situation. I was in and out in less than an hour with a much needed prescription. Would highly recommend this facility!

I had a great experience with PA-C Anthony Aliaga at MD Now Urgent Care on Federal in Fort Lauderdale. The whole team was wonderful - efficient and kind.
I did a virtual check in online and was seen promptly after the time I was told to show up. They ran a couple of tests and were able to quickly send my prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy for pickup. Grateful they’re just around the corner when I need them!

Do not go here. They will disrespect you and treat patients terribly. They are no help. Go to the ER or somewhere else. Rude and Unprofessional Conduct by Initial Nurse. Upon arrival and at the initial assessment, the nurse on duty exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior to my son, made inappropriate comments. Unhelpful and Unresponsive Subsequent Staff. Following our complaint regarding the initial nurse, the subsequent nurse and the attending doctor were unhelpful in addressing concerns and providing appropriate care. concerns were dismissed, the doctor seemed rushed dismissive potentially from retaliation
