I'm very pleased about the service, beginning from front desk. They were very efficient in getting me the information that I need it. The PCP Sheron Welcott was very professional, she explained me in detail the process to get my medical clearance for my surgery in a record time. Keep the great job and service. Good bless you all!

If you can make it to Baptist or an ER, I’d advise you to do that and avoid this place! I went twice last week and I was seen by Sheron Walcott on the first visit. This woman does not deserve to call herself a health care anything. She came in to give my preliminary results, fast talked everything, seemed annoyed (possibly lacked the knowledge to adequately answer) with the questions I had, and lacked compassion/empathy. Her bedside manner is disgustingly terrible. When my labs came back a few days later, unfortunately, she was the person to call me with the update. I let her know that the meds that were prescribed on Friday’s visit (by a different professional) were not working and I was getting worse. Her response was, “well you did not see me. I’m just reading your chart.” As if that detail even mattered. She clearly does not like her job and should absolutely NOT be working in a field that requires you to be a thorough communicator, at the least! I could go on, but her attitude was disgusting and she did next to nothing, as it relates to getting to the root of my problem. She did not even send my cultures off to the lab as she advised she would. When I went back on Friday, there was no record of any further testing taking place. Just a visit with no solution, to which she felt comfortable leaving it that way. Piss poor!! The only reason I gave it two stars is because the front desk staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and I was in and out in a reasonable time. Additionally, on my second visit, I saw Brooke Myrberg. She was extremely patient and thorough. She answered all my questions, sent my samples for further examination, she did not rush the visit, and she explained everything I was being tested for and prescribed something for me to start in the meantime. The other woman, on the other hand, should not be allowed anywhere near a healthcare facility in the United States. I would not waste my time again here. Walcott had no urgency about getting to the root of my issue or treatment to relieve and cure my symptoms. These visits aren’t free. That is completely unacceptable.

I like MD NOW, but the wait is ridiculous. I was since here by there other location on University dr. just to get x-ray not to see the doctor. I got here at 2:15pm I have not been seen yet it’s 4:07pm. I will never come here again.
