I use this location often and they are usually wonderful. Today not so much. Completely understaffed. The receptionist took forever to process my check-in after I had to complete the info myself on the phone. I’ve been here over 1:25 in the waiting room and haven’t even been brought back. There is only one provider working in the back and only 1 receptionist. Today it should be renamed MDLater.

Very clean location and excellent staff. I was greeted by Larry who has the patience of a saint and is very kind. I first saw Sabrina and then Nicole who were both very nice and thorough through my exam. Highly suggest you sign in online before going there. It makes the process faster and easier for everyone.

I would not recommend this facility. The nurse who saw my daughter, her name was Nicole. She has no bedside manner and did not give my daughter a thorough exam. She was also quite rude. I did not have my daughters insurance card with me when I went so I paid out of pocket. I went back with it the very next morning and asked to be refunded and insurance to be billed as we only pay a $50 co pay. He said they could not refund me even after verifying my insurance, but that he would submit a ticket for this to be corrected. I called the billing dept 3 weeks after the appt for which Tony provided me with the phone number to check on the status where I was put on hold after waiting on a long hold and then hung up on. Very surprising that a company as big as MD Now would have this terrible customer service. I still have no resolution to this.

I took a friend visiting from out of the country to this location. I first went to Pronto up the street because the Dr speaks Spanish. They wanted $500.00 + treatment because her id is not US issued. ?? So we went to MD Now and it was $180.00, no problem, no attitude. Tony at the desk was the most helpful and kindest person. He even helped fill out her form. He was the best.

I waited for over 2 hours with my sick wife and then left without being seen! They appallingly incompetent! First the guy at reception forgot to check us in AFTER taking down our details. Then he ran incorrectly insurance information. When I tried to explain to him about my plan, he told me that I am doing what the computer is telling me. Then I asked the manager Tony, to check it again and sure he came back saying I was right! Then he tells me that I am fully checked in now and will be seen at any moment. Another 15 mins passed by and others (who came and hr and half after us) kept going in! At this point we both completely lost it, asked them for refund and left the facility. These guys are grossly incompetent and didn’t even have courtesy to apologize for their mess! I don’t know how someone could be so so bad at their job!
