The his review is not with the Medical Assistance I received, which I would rate 5 Star. This is a comment on a concern I have that happened today at their facility. I received a notice that I have a copayment due through the Postal service, I will be honest here and state that it bothered me at first. The reason it was of concern is the day o received service I inquired about was there a copayment and I was told no. To get to my concern, I stopped by their office this morning to pay the copay, but failed to bring the invoice. The young lady did a lookup and after I answered a few questions and I noticed that Apple Pay was as available and informed her that I would be paying using Apple Pay. she then informed me that she needed the last four numbers of the card I would be using to pay and I asked why. She stated that it was their office procedure. I did not want to comply but to hasten the transaction I did and then there was another surprise. She informed me that I needed to sign the receipt although it clearly stated that “No Signature Required”. For the sake of not having my day ruined, I signed the document and informed her that I would not been able to complete the transaction if my phone did not recognize my face or if I did not have the pass code. Her reply was to he people at the top require it. Ending my rant but needed to express my frustration with the staff. Again I will state that every medical visit my family has had at this office as been excellent.

The manger is so rude Kathie(Cathy ), she has no manners, this is the reason why they always empty and seems going out of business
You wait for too long there and they don’t even have a single person in the lobby , the staff seems don’t want to work, they just Ready to argue with patients especially Kathie, very bad Clinic , don’t waste your time going there kind of scam

The receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly rolled her eyes and argued with several customers. When one customer was visibly ill and about to faint, she dismissively said, “There’s nothing I can do about it,” showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.

I went this establishment to be seen and cared for to resolve my health issue. I believe that the ER is for life-threatening emergencies so chose to go here. BEFORE being seen, I paid $180 only to have the doctor look at me and say go to the ER. Seems pretty exorbitant to charge and then not be able to treat me. Payment should be AFTER care is received and based on the care received. I received no care. Called to see about a refund or partial refund which was denied. You all might as well start at the ER and save $180.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. From the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor. Being sick sucks but dealing with nice staff while you’re sick is everything! Wait wasn’t long either which is a plus. Was a “walk in” and I was done within 45 minutes.
