I had a great experience today march 14 2025. I went on for flu symptoms and Cathy was my nurse she was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. The doctor was really nice also great personality and sense of humor I will definitely go back if ever needed to.

I have usually been happy with my visits there, however my husband went yesterday and described his symtoms: persistent cough, sore throat, achy with no fever. The doctor checked his throat and ears and said he was fine. He had to ask for a flu and covid test to rule them out. She seemed annoyed but did it anyway. Turms out he has acute bronchitis and was prescribed antibiotics. That was not cool. Patients shouldn't have to get attitude for asking for tests and shouldn't even have to ask with cold or flu like symptoms.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this office. The front desk staff provided little assistance beyond directing me to scan a QR code, which wasn’t even set out. The nurse was friendly but did not actively listen, resulting in her relaying incorrect information to the doctor—something I overheard due to the lack of patient volume at the time. When the doctor arrived, he frequently spoke over me and even walked out of the room while still talking.
I understand that medical offices can be busy, but during my visit, there were no other patients waiting, making this level of disregard for patient care entirely unnecessary. I expected a more attentive and professional experience.

Excellent service and caring staff! I was seen quickly, and the medical team was professional, kind, and efficient. They took the time to listen and provided the care I needed. Highly recommend this urgent care!

The doctor and physician's assistant were very friendly, but the receptionist was cold and unprofessional; her body language was very rude and poor. People who go to MD Now do so because they're sick, not because they want to., please take care of this situation because I work in a Doctor office and I don’t want recomen our patients here
