I am very careful and mindful when leaving reviews, especially because I understand that it could impact someone’s professional standing. I must say that from the reception desk to the nurse, everyone was very kind, attentive, and quick in their care. Immediately, the nurse realized that I spoke Spanish and kindly chose to attend to me in my language, making me feel more comfortable. Although I knew something was not right and that’s why I decided to go to the emergency center to get checked, the doctor was very rude and harsh in his approach, which made me feel very uncomfortable and dissatisfied with his opinion. He bluntly suggested that I be transported to the hospital’s emergency room by 911 ambulance. I told him I preferred to call my wife to pick me up and take me herself, as I was fully aware of my health status (I was feeling stable) and did not feel comfortable with the way he was suggesting it. When my wife arrived, she asked for the doctor to give her the report, and he told her he didn’t understand how I had even managed to get there (implying that I was not in good health). He rudely insisted that he disagreed with me leaving with her and that I was taking a huge risk. I want to highlight that I am very respectful of medical professionals’ opinions, but this doctor did not inspire confidence. His manner was so rough and lacking compassion that my wife nearly collapsed from the way he delivered the information — she was almost the one who needed emergency care after that. It was thanks to the support of the nurse and myself that we managed to calm my wife down, because the doctor turned his back on us arrogantly and we never saw him again. Later, once I arrived at Memorial Hospital Hollywood’s emergency room (where the care was extraordinary), it was confirmed that there was no critical emergency. While it was good to seek medical evaluation to be sure, the experience with this doctor was unnecessary and upsetting.
Arti and Lea were very helpful, caring, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in for a swollen ankle and they were able to do X-rays and see I had a fracture. I was given a splint and all the info I needed to see a specialist next. I highly recommend Memorial Urgent care.
I had an outstanding experience at this Urgent Care yesterday! From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and kindness. The front desk staff and security guard were welcoming and efficient, setting a great tone for my visit. The nurse and doctor were absolutely phenomenal—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and ensured I received the proper treatment without any delays. The entire process was incredibly fast, smooth, and stress-free. Their dedication to patient care truly stood out, and I deeply appreciate their efforts. I highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone in need of quality medical attention. Five stars all the way!
Went to this urgent care for the first time ever yesterday & let me tell you! ILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER URGENT CARE AFTER VISITING THIS ONE!!! From start to finish, the staff was absolutely amazing & so friendly! I was in and out within an hour. But I did realize I didn’t get one of my prescriptions and I did not know how I should get a hold of the doctor or the staff and I kid you not while trying to figure it out Memorial urgent care called me!! The sweetest lady on the phone named Tanisha Was calling to check in on me and to see how I was holding up. I explained to her I was missing a prescription. She looked it up. She saw it. She called it in for me!!! Blessing she is!! Thank you again memorial for your amazing stuff!! Keep up the amazing job
I must say an amazing staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors everybody was wonderful. The entire team was extremely compassionate and very helpful. Explained treatment very well. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this location If they did Primary Care I would make the switch immediately. Kind regards, Matthew
