I recently visited this urgent care for an issue with my arm. While this wasn’t my first time here, I feel compelled to commend the staff for their excellent care. Dr. Brown is fantastic—she always greets you with a smile, has wonderful bedside manners, and displays a compassionate attitude. She takes the time to patiently listen to your concerns, explains everything thoroughly, and ensures that you leave understanding your diagnosis and how to care for it. I also want to give a shout-out to her Medical Assistant, Dora, who administered an injection so smoothly that I barely felt it—her hands are like silk! Although I hope I won’t need to return, if I do, I’ll make sure Dr. Brown is on duty.
I had an excellent experience at Memorial Urgent Care. Dr. Arti and Medical Assistant Althea were absolutely amazing! Dr. Arti took the time to thoroughly address my concerns and provided clear explanations, making me feel confident in my care. Althea was kind, efficient, and professional, creating a welcoming and stress-free environment. Together, they made the visit seamless and comfortable. I truly appreciate the quality of care and compassion they provided. Highly recommend Memorial Urgent Care and their exceptional team!
This is my family’s go-to Urgent care center, when necessary. Today I took my 8yr old son to get checked for Strep. Everything was wonderful, from the moment we entered til the moment we left. Everyone we interacted with were very polite, knowledgeable and so kind. Latishea gave us a warm and caring welcome upon arrival and checked us in pretty quickly too. Dr. Brown and Medical Assistant Sarah took their time to listen to all of our concerns and made my son, Prince, feel comfortable during the exam. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care here.
By far, this was the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. I fell and split my chin open and was dreading the experience. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. I was greeted warmly and received assistance quickly. Dr. Gonzalez had a calming demeanor and stitched me up with little to no pain. Additionally, Joy, the patient financial services representative, and Catherine, the radiology technologist, were both wonderful. I strongly recommend going here.
Dr. Brown and Medical assistant Bibencia are simply the best! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their kindness and professionalism are unmatched.
