Dr. Coll, Sarah, and Ashley were amazing! I was taken care of right away. They listened to my concerns and they were genuine and caring. This is why I always come to Memorial Urgent Care in Sheridan Street West Pines. The only thing I suggest is a better tv in te room ;)
Arti and Joy were very compassionate and treated me with respect. Took time to listen to my issues. Promptly got me in for my appointment. Gladly and confidently recommend the urgent care if you immediately need attention!
If you are not feeling well and it’s not an emergency THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Everyone from the beginning to the end treated me with courtesy and empathy. If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr. Coll and nurse Katherine went above and beyond and because of them I feel better today. Thank you for being awesome Highly recommended!!
I scheduled the appointment thru the Memorial My Chart which was super easy and efficient since my primary had no available appointments. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and kind. Joy was the next person who I saw. She took vital signs and asked me questions about the reason for my visit. She is very efficient as well as caring. Next I saw Arti, PA who was efficient, kind and assured me with the course of treatment I would be feeling better quite soon. She even suggested some tips to keep me better hydrated as well as what to drink to protect my stomach from the antibiotics she had prescribed. Overall I could not have been treated any kinder or more professional! I was in and out within 30 minutes of my appointment time. I with total confidence recommend the Pines location.
At 84 years of age I had one of my absolute best medical related experiences at your Urgent Care Facility. Extremely kind and caring and courteous attention was shown to me from the minute I walked through the door. My caretaker was kind and gentle and gave me a feeling of satisfaction from the beginning to the end of my visit. I wish I could bottle what I experienced and take it home to my caregivers. I’m completely relaxed healthwise after this unforgettable experience. Thank you so very much❤️
