I had an excellent experience at the Memorial Urgent Care Center at Pembroke Pines. Arti and Mijadys provided exceptional care and support, going above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness truly stood out, and I cannot say enough about how great the service was. From start to finish, I felt valued and in good hands. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful visit due to my ear ache into a positive and reassuring experience!
The doctors and nurses provided excellent care, but the front desk clerk, Stephanie, was rude. She needs to be more professional and treat patients with respect and courtesy, as her attitude sets the tone for the patient experience. A friendly and professional demeanor at the front desk is essential to create a welcoming environment.
Memorial Urgent Care Pembroke Pines is an excellent facility. I will go out of my way to go there for my healthcare needs. From start to finish, I felt genuinely cared for and respected. Everyone was so kind from the registration attendant, nurses, and the doctor. They were efficient and got me in and out within an hour. I recommend them hands down!
On Friday, Nov. 29, I went to the Memorial Urgent Care on Sheridan in Pembroke Pines. I was welcomed and ask to be seated as I filled out some paperwork. Dealing with cold symptoms I was not feeling well, but soon enough was called in and seen by a doctor. Very upbeat and courteous, he checked me and gave me instructions for the antibiotics. I felt very comfortable as I left knowing i would be well sooner than later.. Thank you Memorial systems.
Very happy to have this great urgent care so close home . Very professional, kind, patient and understanding staff . Clean and organized . Dr. Brown is a wonderful doctor , I have seen her an open or times . BB and Katherine were also great.
