Landlords like to do everything possible themselves, but when it’s a job to tough in pluming I think Mr Rooter is professional and reasonably priced. They always send a seasoned professional that’s totally knowledgeable with zero nonsense! My service tech was Brian Donahue is typical of the top pros Mr. Rooter sends a pro who is fast,works clean and knows exactly how to do the work.They are reliable and reasonable!
Was the job done ... yes. Was the tech nice ... yes. But $600.00 for a 30 minute snaking and jet job ... If it wasn't for the fact that I was between rock and a hard place, and had to get the situation resolved immediately, I would have taken the time to find a much cheaper alternative. I won't using them again any time soon. EDIT - "We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future." Trust me when I say, you won't be getting anymore of my business at those prices.
We’ve used Mr Rooter multiple times since we moved into our home and are always happy with their service, but today we found out we had to replace our water heater unexpectedly. Our tech Jakob was our night in shining armor - he took the time to explain the issues to us, diagnose the problem and solution it. He installed our new water heater quickly and was kind enough to answer any questions we had while he worked. He truly went above and beyond with customer service. We were so happy with the job he did and hope to have him treat any more issues we may have in the future. Thank you Jakob and Mr Rooter!
I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! After our water heater flooded our house, they quickly came to the rescue, making a late evening call to provide us with water for the night. The next day, they returned to replace the water heater and did an excellent job. Caleb, our technician, was both professional and personable, ensuring everything was done right. They even provided us with the necessary documentation for our insurance company. To top it off, they followed up today to let us know when our technician would be arriving and keeping us updated on the status of our service. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter – they truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!
Very nice. Company should show more professionalism. Letter head receipts. Let customer know if cash is required ahead of time. The gentleman you sent was very nice polite and patient. I don’t know how to work the camera. He has a picture on his phone. Please send receipt and e mail.
