from my first visit to the showroom, I knew this was the product for me. The owner was very helpful and understood our needs. Delivery time was impressively rapid The installation crew was professional and did their job well. I was comfortable having them working in my home They also installed some modern lighting in the vintage cabinet. That was a big improvement

We LOVE our installation! Do yourself a favor and purchase the mattress from Multimo. We were wrapping up a renovation and slept VERY comfortably on this bed for over a month. The couch is the perfect lounge couch and all of our guests are amazed at the super functionality with couch added to our office space! Alex and his crew were great to work with! We would not hesitate to use them again in the future! The process was simple, communication was great and they helped us resolve some damage our electrician caused without question. Quality company!
We are incredibly happy with our Murphy bed/couch. (It is a horizontal queen.) Alex is amazing! His service and support are stellar. He spent a great deal of time and effort to help us choose the right bed and supplemental items. He came by my house multiple times to make sure he understood our needs and was recommending the right thing. He knows his stuff. And the quality of Multimo products is top-notch. We visited two other Murphy bed stores and neither compared to Multimo. Our bed/couch is sleek, modern and beautiful. We have received many compliments. Without it out, our small efficiency apartment would not have worked. And I know that Alex will be there to support us whenever we need after-sales support. No need to look any further, folks - Alex and Multimo are the right choice.
